Dear Applicant
Trusts and Major Donors Manager
Thank you for showing an interest in working for Emmaus. This is a new role that has
been developed to maximise the trusts and major donors potential at Emmaus UK.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed fundraiser who will lead our trusts and
major donors function to generate income that will help Emmaus to realise the
objectives from our strategic plan.
Based in our new offices in Birmingham, you will work with our fundraising team to bring
fresh ideas and plans on how we can make the most of our trusts and foundations,
social investment and major donor work. You are tenacious and results driven, with a
drive to push yourself to your full potential.
Emmaus supports formerly homeless people to re-gain lost self-esteem by providing
them with a stable home and meaningful work in one of our social enterprises.
We understand that a home is more than just a roof over your head, it’s somewhere to
belong, where you feel part of a community, and that’s what Emmaus offers. With your
help, we can offer even more people an opportunity to move on from homelessness.
If you think you have the skills and enthusiasm to take on this role, we want to hear from
you.
Please submit a CV and supporting statement that clearly states and evidences how
you meet the personal specification by the closing date of 9.00am on Friday 7 August,
2015. Send your application to jobs@emmaus.org.uk.
Interviews will be held w/c 17 August 2015 in Birmingham.
If you would like to arrange an informal discussion with me about the role, please email
