Explore your country, through our national parks.
(Students must practice reading their projects before presenting.)
• Create an original power-point about one national park. The power point must have no less than
10 slides. Each slide must include a picture and/or video. Each slide must have original sentences describing the picture. Include the following information: Location, when the park was established, special landforms found in the park, what makes the park unique, things to do in the park, and why you believe that this park should continue to be protected by law.
• Create a brochure about one national park. Include the following information: Location, when it was established, special landforms found in the park, what makes the park unique, things to do in the park, and why you believe that this park should continue to be protected by law. All information needs to be handwritten or typed. The information must be written in the student’s words. (no cut and paste).
• Create a tri-fold poster about one national park.
