interested in reserving a spot, please fill out the following form and return it, along with check, money order

REQUIREMENTS
o Spaces are 10 x 10 and have one electrical outlet allowed at 110 volts. Please NO generator or big equipment is
permitted in these spaces. Vendor License is strongly recommended, and should accompany this application.
Exhibitors are responsible for his or her license, sales taxes or other documentation required by law.
NOT PERMITTED BY LESSEE
o NO motor homes or vehicles of any type will be allowed to set up in the park per the City of Gallipolis.
o NO food or beverages are permitted to be sold unless you have a food license.
o NO illegal drugs will be allowed in the park
SET-UP
o Exhibitors must be set up and prepared to do business from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (or longer) on the day of
the festival.
o Set up time will be Saturday, October 3, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. No exceptions, Lessee must be set up and
ready to sell on Saturday, October 3, at 10:00 a.m.
o There will be NO FEE REDUCTIONS to those that choose to leave the festival early. However, you may or
may not be asked to participate in the following year. If you choose to leave early the Chili Fest committee
must be notified in advance for set up and tear down purposes.
o All exhibitors are asked to keep their area clean during the event and to clean up completely after the event.

..does not endorse any product or organization participating in this event.
..has the right to refuse anyone from participating.
..is not liable for lost or stolen items.
..is not liable for injury or accidents.
..will not tolerate any kind of misconduct in the park, and the lessee will be asked to leave if necessary.
..will answer all questions as well as make all final decisions.
REGULATIONS
o Exhibitor named agrees to participate in the French City Chili Fest. Exhibitors must provide everything that
he/she will be using. This includes table, extension cords, lights, tablecloths, trash bags, and any additional
items that will be used or needed.
o In consideration of the space leased to the Lessee by Ohio River Live, the Lessee will, at sole expense of
Lessee, hold Ohio River Live, together with each, every and all of its officers and employees, harmless and
blameless from any and all claims, suits or other legal actions, for damages arising out of the lease of the
premises set forth herein. Further, Lessee promises and agrees to provide a defense, at the expense of the
Lessee, to the said Ohio River Live, of and for any litigation entered against said Ohio River Live.
o We further contract with Ohio River Live, that any and all space so leased to us by the aforesaid society will be
used by us and not released or sublet, and in the event any person, persons, firm, partnership, corporation or
concession is found using or occupying the space leased to us by the aforesaid society, the Ohio River Live
shall have the right, at their discretion, to remove or eject such persons, or charge them the full price for such
space, and the price paid by us for such space shall be deemed forfeited by us to Ohio River Live.
o Exhibitor agrees not to hold Ohio River Live, Festival committee, the City of Gallipolis and County of Gallia,
responsible for any suits, damages, claims, loss or damage or property sustained while participating in the
French City Chili Fest.
There is a HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: The contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
Ohio River Live from all liability or claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of actions
whatsoever, present or future which can or may ever be asserted, as a result of any personal injury
that contractor or his employees may suffer or cause during their participation in this contract.
