ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Provide leadership to the club, the Exco and the membership.
Support the club and its policies internally and externally.
Plan and chair meetings.
To enforce adherence to the school’s rules & regulations, and
policies.
Requirements:
 Passion for finance
 Dedication to lead and serve
 Honest understanding of who you are, what you know and
what you can do




Assist the President.
Preside for the president at meetings when president is
absent.
Perform other duties that are specified by the club.
Oversee the running of the club’s departments.
Requirements:

Improve communication within the club.
Establish and facilitate important work processes.
Work with fellow Exco members by identifying areas that
need to be addressed.
Chart agenda for meetings and record of minutes.
Ensuring objectives are met so as to facilitate synergy within
the team.
Managing administrative records.
Liaising with school administration.
Requirements:
 Meticulous and organised
 Keen learner








Work with president.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Directing and coordinating club’s financial activity.
Budgeting.
Top up and handling of petty cash.
Reimbursements.
Recording of cash movements.
Managing of Club’s bank account.
Requirements:
 Must have accounting knowledge
 Highly trustworthy and responsible




Liaise with external partners.
Building on existing relationships and fostering new
partnership.
Attend networking sessions to build contacts and in turn
organise networking sessions for the club.
Duties perform have to be in line with club vision and
mission.
Requirements:
 Outspoken and business-savvy
 Excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
 Strong command of English
 Contacts in the finance industry an advantage





Organise major school and nationwide financial events to
promote financial literacy and awareness among youth and
students.
Liaise with both external event partners and school
administration.
Contribute to portray INC’s professional image through high
quality events.
Need to be active in learning how external financial events are
run and implement into the club practices.
Manage all logistics responsibilities.
Requirements:
 Experience in managing and organising events


Requirements:

Develop strategic marketing material for club promotional.
Manage club’s IT systems and platforms. (eg Club Website,
Email, Facebook Page)
Marketing for both internally and externally club organised
events and competitions.
Develop processes to improve club efficiency.
Promote the club through branding campaign.
Requirements:
 Proficient in design and IT skills
 Knowledge of web language
 Creative resourceful and proactive




Enhance the finance literacy and knowledge of club members
by conducting INC Research course.
Develop, plan and execute the INC Research courses.
Liaising with external partners to facilitate discussion.
Successful appointed Research Directors have to share their
experience and knowledge with the club.
Requirements:
 Strong knowledge of Trading and investment terms
 Willing to share personal investment knowledge and
experience with the club
 Passion for others’ financial education and development




Spearhead Training and Development for INC committee
members
Taking care of internal manpower arrangement for any
required activity.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Liaising with external partners to bring in programs for
committee members’ personal development, career and
improvement of financial knowledge.
Requirements:
 Strong interest in people and personal development
 Resourceful
 Energetic and highly motivated




Non-graduates in 2013
President position is only open to 5th Exco
* To maintain a fair election, “No special treatment” for current
5th executive committee running for 6th executive committee
election.

Voting 50% Assessment 50%
INC Exco and committee members are to vote for your most ideal
candidates for President position.
Only presidency candidates eligible for campaigning, speech and
voting.
Those that do not wish to run for president, can run for VPs,
Secretary, Finance Controller, Directors/Deputy Directors. But do
not need to campaign.
People who are unsuccessful for Presidency, will still be
considered for other positions.
Final decision will be made by 5th Exco.







Highest votes = Higher chance
Current President and team will determine the
final decision based on voting and
assessment results.
