It’s a hugely exciting time to join the Sales Team at Chemistry,
we’re selling ground breaking projects to amazing clients and
creating a name for ourselves as “the place to go to” for
accurate Selection and Performance Tools.
If you’re worried about working for just another Management
Consultancy, don’t be. If you’re picturing what it might be like to
work at KPMG or one of the others right now, you’re a million
miles away from what it’s like to work here. I guarantee you will
get great opportunities you only normally dream about, plus
the list of clients we already have is insane and you will be
working directly with C level contacts in these and bringing in
more to add to the list.
Who we need.
We are looking for an Account Director who is hell bent on being
successful. You will be the public face of Chemistry in existing
and new potential strategic clients, advising, guiding and
transforming the way they recruit and how they develop their
existing talent to get the best performance out of all their people.
We need someone who will be loved by colleagues and clients
alike for always putting the client first with the customer
experience and success in mind. Working hand in hand with the
consulting and product teams, managing internal resource to
ensure efficient sales cycles and to make Chemistry look brilliant in
the eyes of the client.
A role model of self development with insatiable curiosity and
determination to better themselves and the people around them
through constant reading, a thirst for knowledge and honest
feedback.
What you’ll do.
You will be able to create trusted and long-term
partnerships at C level and through this bring in £1million in
annual license fees and £500k in consulting services.
Building a global pipeline of quality opportunities that position
Chemistry as the ‘partner of choice’ so that we are
considered a true business partner and not just an HR
supplier.
Sales cadence is really important to success, so you’ll be the
role model for administration and Salesforce management
and build and maintain your account plans that have been
agreed by the client and Chemistry.
You will generate new leads and opportunities across the
account and be the voice of the client at Chemistry,
demonstrating knowledge and opinion on markets, products
and people.

We also use quarterly OKRs to make sure your development is
constantly on-going and in tune with the needs of the business. If you
need to do something to progress and do your job better, we’ll make
sure it happens.
And we’d always rather develop and promote our own people than
hire from outside. If you make it through the door, we’ll make sure you
have every opportunity to get where you want to go – all you have to
do is take it!
