SSL Certificate details:
You need a SSL Certificate issued by an approved Certificate Authority (CA). See list of approved CA at
http://www.volvoit.com/volvoit/edi/en-gb/VolvoGroup/communication/OFTP2/Pages/detailed_info.aspx
N.B. please make sure to add the domain host name in the certificate request and do not use a static IP
as host name.
Make sure you have the Root CA Certificate of Verisign imported in your EDI System. This will be used to

VAN-communication
EDI communication through VAN is a non-preferred solution by Volvo but in cases when point to point
communication is not possible the only available solution is to use Global eXchange Services (GXS). If another
VAN is used as partner, an Interconnect Trading Partnership to/from that VAN and GXS must be established.
