- Renovation/transition in Mil Lab will be going on for a while
 Changing process of addressing BBA issues:
-Introduced Undergraduate Department Committees
-Talk about issues in the undergrad program, will pay dividends
-Adopt GPA standard guideline; establish appropriate GPA for courses
-3.0-3.2 range for course GPAs
-Internship: end papers and journal will not be necessary anymore, a design
“course” that follows lessons of internship will be implemented
-Implementing all but one of the flags, will bring in independence inquiry
flag (will start with 2014-2016 course catalog)
-New certificates: Real estate certificate, business foundations certificate,
and supply logistics optimization certificate; will add energy management
certificate, global management certificate, and business and public policy
-Washington campus opportunity; travel to DC in May
-FIGS: everyone coming into McCombs will be in a FIG or BHP FIG,
curriculum will become standardized; will come in Fall 2014
-Creation of a new BBA parent’s council; 10-12 sets of parents who give
time and money to help out the BBA program; put together by McCombs
 In the long run:

-Building one-credit, entrepreneurial classes
-Online classes, MOOCs (massive online open courses)
