NOTICE OF MEETING OF NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN COMMITTEE
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that a meeting of the above committee will be held at:
The Portman Hall, Blandford Road, Shillingstone at 7.00p.m on Monday 13th January 2014
All members of the Committee are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and
resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.

THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PRESS AND THE PUBLIC
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To record any previously undisclosed declarations of interest and to consider any requests
for dispensation.
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting of the 2nd December 2013.
4. Matters arising from minutes.
5. Appendix 1 Community Consultation Feedback from Craft fair and Christmas Bazaar.
6. Feedback on the Chairman’s presentation to members of Shillingstone WI.
7. Other Groups to be targeted: School, PTA, Seniors Club, Newcomers Party.
8. Advertising space on the Notice Board in the Portman Hall has been arranged.
9. Feedback on the proposals for the development of the White Pit Farm Buildings and
adjoining land.
10. Community Infrastructure Levy Monies. Suggested Projects.
11. Discuss Planning Application for Site at Westleigh, Blandford Road, Shillingstone. Erect 4 No.
Dwellings. Form new vehicular access.
12. Discuss Planning Application for change of use to residential at the site of DJ’s Garage
Blandford Road. Cookwell - also consider flooding report on that area by Parish Foot Path
Officer Graham Rains.
13. Receive Chairman’s report on his site meeting with Mr and Mrs Gibbs the owners of Cobbles
Blandford Road Shillingstone following their verbal enquiry about the possibility to build up
to 4 No. Dwellings (2 bed, low cost) in a paddock fronting the Blandford Road.
14. Discuss Suzanne Keene’s (owner) views on field/fields off Gunn Lane and Everettes Lane.
15. Draft Project Plan to be updated to include responses from items 5,6,7,8,9,10, 11 and 12.
16. Newsletter: Approve updated version before going to print. Distribution has been arranged
through Diana Lewis who dropped a hint for a donation to the Church. All we have to do is
fold the newsletter in half!!
