worship? Let’s look at the following verses of scripture:
John 14:6
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the
Father, but by me.
D&C 18: 40
And you shall fall down and worship the Father in my
name.

17 By these things we know that there is a God in heaven, who is infinite and eternal,
from everlasting to everlasting the same unchangeable God, the framer of heaven
and earth, and all things which are in them;

19 And gave unto them commandments that they should love and serve him, the only
living and true God, and that he should be the only being whom they should
worship.
29 And we know that all men must repent and believe on the name of Jesus Christ,
and worship the Father in his name, and endure in faith on his name to the end, or
they cannot be saved in the kingdom of God.

It is the work and glory of the Almighty to bring to pass the immortality
and eternal life of man. This work is accomplished in and by and through
the house of Israel. Out of her come the prophets and seers and apostles;
she is the source of the revealed word; all of the holy scriptures have been
and are in her care and custody. Jehovah himself is the Holy One of Israel;
the Lord Jesus Christ is the God of Israel; and the Only Begotten of the
Father was born into mortality as the Son of David. Israel's King is the
