Name: Tuesdays with Morrie: Aphorisms Throughout the book, Morrie has provided Mitch and us with so many valuable life lessons. Your task is to choose three to analyze and share the lessons you learned and write them as aphorisms. Step 1: Choose 3 of Morrie’s aphorisms from the provided list. You may choose an aphorism not on the list if you have a specific one in mind. Step 2: Plan how you would explain what Morrie means by each aphorism. Step 3: Think of 2 important lessons you learned from Tuesdays with Morrie. Formulate them into 2 aphorisms. Step 4: Plan how you would explain each of your own aphorisms. Step 5: Write the script of what you would say to analyze the meaning behind all 5 aphorisms. Step 6: Create a PowerPoint slide for each aphorism (Morrie’s 3 and your 2). On each slide, place the aphorism as the title. Morrie’s aphorisms must be correctly punctuated and cited. In the body of the slide, include one or more images that represent the aphorism. Save the slides as jpegs. Step 7: Add your PowerPoint jpegs into Movie Maker. Then record your voice stating each aphorism and your explanation of it. Your presentation will be shared with the class as we continue to discuss rules to live by!
