STEP 3
Write a synthesis paper incorporating textual evidence from each of your chosen articles and Into the Wild in
which you analyze each of the articles and formulate an ultimate “So what?” as your final conclusion. The
paper must follow proper MLA guidelines, including heading, title, spacing, margins, documentation of
sources, and “Works Cited” page. If you have questions on MLA format, please visit Purdue University’s
online writing lab (OWL), as it has lots of easy-to-follow directions for you. Its link is as follows:

everything you need.
STEP 4
Submit an electronic copy of your first draft to turnitin.com and bring a paper copy of it to class on Monday,
October 5, if you are in periods 1 or 5, or Tuesday, October 6, if you are in period 2.
STEP 5
Submit an electronic copy of your final draft to turnitin.com and bring Mr. Lizotte a paper copy on Monday,
October 12, if you are in periods 1 or 5, or Tuesday, October 13, if you are in period 2.
