Recruited into a new management position to synergistically reorganize marketing operations across the competitive
sports and fashion divisions. Directed external agencies and internal resources in the development and execution of
creative campaigns, promotional programs and new product launches. Created and managed a new 12 person
department including creative services, web design, social media and brand management workgroups.
 Responsible for all creative including photography, print, video, digital, catalogs, sales collateral, style guides, social
media content, and all retail touchpoints (POP, in-store signage, retail fixtures, hangtags and packaging).
 Rebranded TYR as a young, modern, technical competitive swimming and triathlon brand: the performance
oriented, product centric, hip American alternative to SPEEDO.
 Directed all communications programs including public relations, social media and media buying.

sporting goods, specialty retailers, catalogs, e-commerce, and events.
