This sales leader is responsible for establishing vision and strategy, implementing operational plans, and delivering programs and product offerings that create value for the customer and support Outdoor Cap’s strategic business plan. The ideal candidate has sales leadership experience on a Walmart or Target business, preferably in apparel.
