Students will have a homework binder that they will be responsible for taking home each day. It will contain their homework planner, “Star Homework” organizer and folder. This homework program incorporates a differentiated approach with an understanding that homework should be meaningful and worthwhile. The time that your third grader spends on homework each day should enrich his or her learning, and help build a love of learning. Homework each night is not meant to exceed 30 minutes, including reading.
