Writes receipts and deposits money collected in the areas of fund-raisers, yearbook, textbook, tuition, and instructor rentals. Prepares the monthly bank reconciliation and trial balance. Maintains control of the treasury fund accounts and processes a report to the Central Office. Provides the agency fund accounts with a monthly statement of receipts and disbursements. Collects all returned checks. Ensures that fund raising activities are completed in a timely manner and that a financial recap is prepared for each activity. Provides fund raising training to campus staff (coaches, directors, sponsors, etc.). Maintains accurate record of all certificates of deposit and recalculates the interest earned on matured securities. Maintains a current cash balance to include all debit and credit memos. Maintains an accurate record of all shop fees and inventories. Maintains and follows a current standard operating procedures manual. Generates and verifies requisitions for expenditure approval. Produce a sales tax report by calculating tax owed from cash receipts. Supplies postage and process school mail.
