Try to support your answer by the legal provisions (at least by the provisions found under your module) Joseph had been the victim of a childhood disease and has grey hair and the general appearance of an old man. But in fact he is only thirteen years old. One day he went to Auto Company and asked to buy an automobile. Joseph agreed to pay one-half of the purchase price of E$30000 and the rest of the price at the end of the month. He paid the agreed sum and the Company delivered the car to him. Unfortunately, however, the first time Joseph himself drove the car, the car was smashed into a building! The problem was defect in the car. The automobile was demolished and was only worth E$5000 as scrap. a) Joseph wants to sue the company for return of the sum he paid. How can he proceed? Can Joseph himself go to court and open the suit? What possible reason the plaintiff could raise? Could the plaintiff succeed? Why?
