Unlike the PSEO Program, through which students take collegelevel degree-oriented classes on one of our campuses or at one of our regional learning centers, students take Dual Enrollment classes in their regular school with high school teachers who are credentialed to teach the course. American Electric Power & West High School Partnership Unique characteristics The American Electric Power (AEP) Foundation is funding a new pilot initiative with the Columbus State Community College Foundation to launch a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) dual enrollment program at Columbus City high schools beginning with West High School.
