My name is Mike and I'm joined again this week by Brenton.

As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at
Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent
work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their
rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now
formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new
ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the
world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great
opportunity to do these broadcasts over his new digital radio network.
This is now our 25th official broadcast and we would like to welcome any new
listeners to the show and extend a very warm welcome back all our regular
listeners as well.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews and cover things
like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal
tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity and the
importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great
information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in
case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously
covered.

of these broadcasts is all about".

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about
the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many
people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like
speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still
don't see that 9/11 was an inside job or understand the fraud that is perpetrated
by the banking elite every day.
And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want
to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices
and helping to set things right again.
So, in order to achieve that outcome, we will be doing these broadcasts every
week on Tuesday night between 8 and 10pm and we would love to receive
listener's feedback and any questions they may have or suggestions for topics

I must make note at this point that nothing discussed during this broadcast or

So, I mentioned before that i was angry and disappointed and that’s because of
some of the e-mails and posts that I have received over the past few days
regarding the Know Your Rights podcast not being up on-line yet
Discuss this issue. Explain that John has not uploaded the file so we can’t edit it
but, why should he when he gets nothing from it. Our editor gets nothing from it
we are doing the best that we can with the resources that we have.
Remind people that these shows take an extraordinary amount of time to
prepare and organise and we run them because we want to help people, not
because we get anything out of it and not because we need to.
Explain that, as we said in last week’s show, Brenton is getting married this
year and I am having another baby so we have more demands on us than ever
before and, like everyone else on the planet, we only have 24 hours in a day and
finite amount of energy – which gets depleted very quickly when people keep
complaining about everything that we do and, when push comes to shove, this
year especially, we will just stop doing these broadcasts and shut the whole
Know Your Rights group down as a whole if we don’t get the support that we
need.

Someone put up a post on Facebook asking us to start up a forum – does anyone
have any idea of the time, effort and energy that is required to set up a properly
functioning forum and then moderate that forum as well – why on earth would
we take on board extra work for no reason.
People REALLY need to start acknowledging and appreciating the work that
we put into these shows and this website before they quickly find themselves
without them all-together!
So, to summarise, we do still intend to upload the broadcasts ASAP to our
Members area – please understand though that ASAP means as soon as
possible, if we don’t have the file then it is not possible – period.
We will not be uploading the free podcasts until 2 weeks after each broadcast.
And, yes, we realise that not everyone can listen in on a Tuesday evening –
well, guess what, if you can’t listen in live then you can jolly well join up as a
member and, if you can’t or don’t want to do that then you can wait and, if you
don’t want to do that, then you can go without completely! Please just stop and
think for a moment where you would go to get all of this invaluable information
if week if it wasn’t for us before you complain about the way we do things.
And, whilst we recognise and understand that not everyone can listen in live,
there are some 20+ million people in this country. Perhaps if a few million more
listened in live and made a small donation or offered us some additional support
in some way then we WOULD be able to upload the free podcasts straight away
each week as well.
Now, I said it last week – for those of you who bothered to tune in live – and I’ll
say it again, the future of these shows , our website and our group as a whole
rests entirely in YOUR hands. If you sit there idly on your hands and do nothing
then it will all be gone as quickly as came about. If you don’t want that to
happen then you need to get off your collective asses and take some action,
actually USE the information that we provide each week and support us in some
way – it’s just that simple.
So, once again I’m going to give everyone another head’s up this week – so that
no-one can say they didn’t know what was happening - we will continue doing
what we are doing for the next 6 months and then I will be taking a break for a
few months to look after my partner and our newborn baby. If we come back on
the air again after that point will depend completely on you, our listeners. We
do want to help you and we do want to make a difference but, as Tom Cruise
said in the movie, Jerry Maguire, you need to help us to help you.

Okay, so that’s my rant for this week, let’s get onto something a little more
interesting.
Explain the BPO, registration, breach of privacy issue.
Now, I’ll obviously be following this up with BP and Vicroads but we can’t do
everything so it’s important to our listeners to keep their eyes and ears open to
and let us know of anything that is “out of the ordinary”, doesn’t add up or just
seems wrong to them – investigate it further, look into the relevant laws and see
if these people are doing what they are supposed to be or whether they are, in
fact, operating outside of their powers to do so.
Anyway, we need to go to a song break and then we’re going to come back and
address a number of your Facebook posts and questions again. So, if you have
any friends or family members that may not have tuned in yet, jump on the

As I mentioned on our last show last year, we have been grinding away for the
past 6 months to get the Know Your Rights Group up and running and to get a
bit of a following and some momentum behind us, which we have now done so,
for us, 2015 is going to be the year to bring about some real change.
I also mentioned that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and
again but expecting a different result. So, it’s important to decide now, at the
start of this year, what you want to achieve and be part of in 2015.

Do you want more of the same – higher taxes, increased fines, less freedom,
more invasion of privacy or, do you want to educate yourself, learn about your
rights and then stand up for them and fight back against injustice, taking a stand
for yourself, your children and your children’s children and to feel a sense of
power, confidence and freedom like you have never felt before.
If you choose the latter then be sure to work with us in 2015, be sure to tell your
friends and family about us and start taking some action now to make this year
different to last year.
By all means, you can start off small if you like – go to the local government
class action page and take 30 seconds to sign up to that. Download and send off
the letters to your local MP from our Local Government page. Write a letter to
your bank regarding your mortgage insurance or your Certificate of Title – if
they don’t apply to you, speak to your friends and family and find out who has a
mortgage and get them to send those letters off.
Contact the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines and ask them to send you out a
bunch of business cards and bumper stickers – they don’t cost anything and you
can help spread the word and let the many people out there who still don’t
realise, that they do have options, they can actually challenge their fines, often
very simply – it doesn’t cost money, you don’t need a lawyer and the feeling of
power and freedom that comes from successfully defeating an unjust and
unlawful fine is something that you simply have to experience for yourself to
truly understand and appreciate.

well. As I said before, in my view, every man or woman who travels in an
automobile should have a copy of the Aussie Speeding Fines e-book in their
glovebox – it’s just that simple.
Make full use of all the information that is already on our website and the ASF
website too - there is a ton of free information available, people can access and
download all of our podcasts, the ASF site has probably even more free info
than ours does. The point is that there is a wealth of information available and it
is all easily accessible on just 2 websites – you just need to actually access it,
learn it and then use it!
As I mentioned earlier in the show, we are looking at new ways of generating
some cash flow to ensure that we can continue running these weekly radio
shows right throughout the year and organising some great guest speakers as
well. We also need to continue researching for our shows and so that we can
also update our website with the latest, cutting edge information and strategies
for learning about and standing up for your rights.
In particular, we have spoken about sponsors for the show and many of you will
have now noticed some of the professional ads that we have playing throughout
our show. Again, this is an incredible ground level opportunity for any small to
medium sized businesses to get involved before things really take off. We have
shows on every night on RAT FM now and day time spaces are looking to be

Each week we try and put something new in place to make our show that little
bit more professional and, we now have our introduction song – “We’re not
gonna take it anymore” which you will now hear at the start of each show and

their rights have none” and now we have the new phone system working as

milestone this week as we are now just shy of 3,500 members which is
absolutely fantastic considering that we only launched our Facebook group
about 5 months ago. Our Facebook group is going from strength to strength and
we would ask people to keep sharing a link to that group on their Facebook
page every week or so to keep it fresh in people’s minds.
And, Brenton, I note that Aussie Speeding Fines has now reached over
6,000 members which is sensational news.
The more people we can get talking about these topics day in and day out, the
more quickly we can make some serious changes to the current corrupt system.
As we mentioned on previous broadcasts, our goal is to stop people focusing on
football, meat pies and Holden cars and instead, get them focussing on, and
talking about, their rights and how to stand up for them and how to exercise
them.

is to inform and educate people as to what is really going on in the world and to
help people to really "wake up" to the truth that is all around them that they are
either blinded or conditioned from seeing.
One of the great sites that we have found recently is the Wake up the Sheep

of important stories from around the globe that we simply do not hear about
here through our local media and many of them cover topics that people here
really should be aware of.
One of the challenges that we have is that everyone is at different levels in
regards to how "awake" they are or, once they are truly awake, how much they
actually know about a particular topic.
So, the Know Your Rights Group was put together to create a one-stop website
for people to come to regarding some of the most popular topics and we are
looking to expand the amount of basic, introductory information that we have
on that website and then, once people have their heads around those various
topics, they can then go onto dedicated websites such as Aussie Speeding Fines,
CLRG and the soon to be developed Bank Secrets Revealed sites to find our
more specific detailed information about these various topics.
Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the
Know Your Rights show and we will be doing more research and hopefully
talking to some new people about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms
and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8
and 10pm and, if you can't listen in live for some reason, be sure to check for
our podcasts which will now be uploaded each week so you can listen in to all
your favourite parts of the show.
As I say each week, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours
or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. We have to research the
content and put it all together in a format that flows and makes sense. We do
this in addition to trying it upload new information to our website each week or
so and, as anyone who is involved in web design knows, there is a fair bit of
work involved in setting up and constantly updating a website - writing the

content, uploading that, constantly making little changes here and there etc. and
this all costs time and money.

Constitution Act [sec 115] and the Currency Act [sec 16c] when read in
conjunction with each other, provide that the maximum with which to discharge
any state debt is the highest value gold or silver coin X 10
1) The Imperial Acts were never valid to begin with because they were a
constitutional enactment that didn't go to referendum
2) The Currency Act specifies coin can be used in said amounts as legal tender.

Does anyone know the facts on Title Deeds?
We are no longer issued our title deeds if we have paid out our debt to a
financier. It is said to be for protection so title is not lost or manipulated with.
Is it perhaps in fact that what people write about us owning nothing be in fact
true if we never get our title deeds even if debt is extinguished?

1):So some of you may remember about 6 months ago I was arrested for
contravening a police requirement. I was pulled over for a random breath test /
licence check, I told the officer I reserved my rights, he said I'm not giving you
an option, and then was arrested, Well It was set for a hearing in February but I
just found out police prosecution has dropped the case, I'm not sure why, They
wouldn't tell me. The only thing I did was speak to the prosecutor at one of the
first court dates and politely explain that my rights were violated and I would be
taking the matter as far as I could.
Now that it is dropped I want to put together a claim against the officers for
wrongful arrest and imprisonment (They locked me in the watchouse for 5
hours because I would not sign anything or give them a "proper" name,).

Have just received a notice from the sheriff department NSW stating that state
debt recovery has issued a property seizure order for unpaid fine (driving
infringements) from years ago. Any advice on the way to respond to this, it's the
first I've heard of this matter.

Did you know if you want to go to a police station and make a statement about a
crime you feel has been committed against you that legally police cannot turn
you away? They must take your statement!! I had an offer try to refuse early in
September/end of August and I stood my ground. As a result I had a man
charged with indecent assault, it went to court but police didn't tell me so I was
not able to have an advocate attend to take notes on what happened or even a
lawyer present.

Got pulled over about a month ago was towing a cut down ute tray converted to
a trailer was pulled over for having an unregistered trailer was asked if I minded
them searching my 4x4 and if there was anything in there that shouldn't be there
so I let them know that my machetes were in the very back from being out
camping the week before and having to salvage a friend’s car that had been
written of out the bush they searched the 4x4 then asked me to show were the
machetes were so I moved all of my recovery gear and tools to show where they
were so I get them taken by the police this is on the Friday morning Monday
arvo I get a fine for un-registered trailer and a $1000 fine for possession of a
controlled weapon without a lawful excuse now have had un-registered fine
dropped due to he never even got a tape measure out but am fighting the
controlled weapons charge due to the brief says that the fine was served on the
Friday not Monday when I received the fines on Monday can you give me some
advice on how to clear my name.
Glen: Some info when dealing with the policy enforcers...police. Use a mobile
phone to record everything. If the police say you cannot record you say “now I
have on record that you either do not know the law or that you are a liar" nice

Hi l have never asked a question here but can someone pls tell me if my son
who has 9months to go before he is fully licenced motorbike rider, which means
0 alcohol, if he turned his bike around in the driveway which has no gates but
doesn't do anything else but turn his bike around, is the anything the police can
do to him?

your phone and go through it if they want?

Hey guys, I need an answer to my question i was travelling along the M1
freeway the other night coming back from my parents’ house at around 9pm and
i went to overtake a car that was traveling at 90-95km in a 100km zone as i was
over taking i went over the speed limit of about 4km or i think it was 2km as i
drive a v6 turbo as I overtook, when i looked in my rear view mirror there was a
police motor bike, now.. Can police motor bikes capture your rego and speed or
not? He didn't pull me over but he sat behind me for a good 30 seconds then
quickly slipped into the lane beside me and sped off at a really fast speed? So do
police motor bikes have cameras attached to them or not?

Howdy all, I’m looking for a good template in regards to a "toll notice" that has
gone to an "infringement notice".
I returned there offer months ago. But recently received an "infringement
notice".

So wife & i have been surprised w/ 5 fines. 1 in Oct and the rest in Nov. We
received the 5th just this week. All offences were all on the same intersection in
Dandenong corner Stud Rd & Heatherton Rd where there is a camera. The thing
is they recently changed the speed limit there from 80 to 60. But once you cross
Heatherton Rd heading towards Ringwood not long after the intersection an 80
sign is still up. The funny thing is i have not realised they changed the speed
limit so i have been traveling as if it was 80 but on the fines it states alleged
speeds of 66, 69, 67, 66 & 65. How can that be when I’ve been driving as if the
speed limit was still 80????? I would be doing at least 75 or something. I don’t
understand what's going on and why all these fines have come all within 3-4
weeks. I am going to write a complaint and get it reviewed and state the things
I’ve written here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My question is, what can you put there as an excuse to never lodge tax returns

I have just watched the current affair that Mike was on ( i recorded it ) ...... now
i am confused as to why Mike wasted his time arguing about bullshit ( in my
view ) ( i am not in any way trying to put Mike down for any reason ) but .... He
knows that all fines are invalid due to section 109 of the Australian
Constitution..... yet he did not state any of this ... he even said that the cops
should be more open viewed to the people saying that they should continue to
commit treason in the open and not in convert or hidden .... That threw me.....
So what if the copper told A Magistrate (singular) that it is OK to go covert.....
A single judge cannot judge another.... that judge is committing treason by
executing a Start Chamber for a start..... Sorry ...... but one of our brothers has
fallen into to the media trap i feel.... Mike please explain... Very lost ... i hope
you haven’t lost your way brother..... there has been no speed laws put into

power by a referendum of we the people of this land ... no human can tell
another how competent they are to drive at what speed .... As long as they cause
no harm or death or vandalism or theft and fulfil all their contracts they have
broken no law.... Vic Roads or TAC have no authority and cannot control any
human being... that is slavery.... oh and they didn’t even say who Mike is or
even introduced him to the viewer’s so if i didn’t know who he was i would
have most likely thought who the hell is this goose talking in a suit and why has
he got the rights to say what he said ... very confusing interview.. Most likely

Just read the latest Watchtower pamphlet and although it has articles concerning
religion, I found something called "The poison of government corruption"
To quote" Govt corruption has been defined as the abuse of public power for
private gain." The abuse has a long history dating back to the bible with
reference to a law prohibiting bribery in judicial cases highlighting the practice
existed well over 3500 years ago (Exodus 23 verse 8)
"While corruption can exist in any human organization, it seems corruption in
government is the worst. The 2013 Global Corruption Barometer, published by
Transparency International, reports that people worldwide have the perception
that the 5 most corrupt institutions are political parties, the police, public
officials, the legislature and the judiciary."That report includes myself and no
doubt many of you likeminded men and women.
Brenton: This would be great to just remind the listeners that they are some

Power of the people. Tasmania's Liberal Government tried to pass legislation
via Attorney General Vanessa Goodwin, to have mandatory sentencing for
protesting. A violation of our rights to disagree with a decision and make a

Services) and SDRO (State Debt Recovery Service) and which Law or ACT
authorizes SDRO to direct RMS actions and what are the lawful requirements
for such direction.

How do i prove to someone that i am a living beneficiary and not a
dead/fictitious corporate identity? Is there documentation to supply proof of
this?

Just got back from court. Did not go how i imagined. When i handed the
magistrate the asserevation i wrote saying i was the beneficiary of the trust etc,
he said 'oh dear' then had a flick through it. Then he asked my name. i said
peter. Then he cracked the shits and had a winge about what i had just done.
then he said well if you’re not PETER VAN EEDE then sit at the back of the

court. Then he had another winge and said there would be a bench warrant
against PETER VAN EEDE and i would be arrested. he said the last person to
do that stayed in custody for 5 days before they changed their story. so i wasn't
interested in being arrested right there so i entered the court again and i said my
name wast peter Gregory of the van eede bloodline. the magistrate said that’s
close enough for me. then the charges were read out. he asked if i understood
each one. to which i said no. then he had a go at me saying 'do you have a
mental health problem?'
the matter has been adjourned to the 29th of jan.
the magistrate basically said in his rant that the Law issued Motu Proprio is a
load of rubbish and applies only to the religious.

How powerful is your signature? When signing forms for Government agencies
where you are instructed to fill in your details in block letters and use only black
ir blue ink, I like to fill the form in without block lettering and always sign in
red ink. That makes a big difference and I get satisfaction telling the public
servant behind the desk when they complain..."you just don't understand you are
a servant and always will be unless you fight" I think they hate me.

Can someone enlighten me about a STALKER MOBILE RADAR. This is used
in Melbourne Victoria. If you have any understanding about it's use, for
example, Are there restrictions to it's use. I have been advised they can only be
used in 80km zones and above. UNLESS the user is stationary then they can be
used in any zone. Look forward to hearing from you !!!

I have decided to buy a notebook and write down: date/time/location/
comments, every time I see "monkeys in the bushes" (cops and speed radars by
the side of the road). I'll write "I confirm I was definitely going under 60, so if I
get a speeding fine, I'm going to court".
I have a suspicion, last time I was going under 60 but I got a fine saying I was
going 68! So I'm going to keep record from now. No more cheating me! And if
I was speeding, then I'll write that down for my own sanity haha.

Hi ... just received a speeding camera fine by post, due date 10th Feb 2015 ...
allegedly doing 72k in a 60k zone 8:08pm Xmas eve on Ewingsdale Hill ,
Pacific Highway just above Byron Bay ... usually remember the speed camera
and slow to 50k ... vagued out this time thinking about Xmas ... no other vehicle
close to me at the time ... asking me to PAY NOW $109.00 and loose two
points. Clean license for years with full points.
Searched files here ... can anyone please fast-track me to any example of
someone winning against such a ticket or at least not losing license points ...
don't really want to spend the time going to court, wasting money I don't have,
or losing license points. Cheers.

deleting Facebook on the 30th of January. I am in many groups and I think it
wise to start to have an alternative communication system in place soon.

I was told yesterday by a dirty gay cop in orange that I cannot video tape while
he does a search on my car. At 1st it was (illegal.) then just (rude) to video him..
Can someone tell me if I can video these terrorist? Is there really a law firm on
the coast that will bring charges against cops? If I video them breaking the

I contacted VicRoads with a question "why there is an expiration date on our
Driver's and Boat licences? I have passed the test and paid the fees. Why do our
licences expire? “They have emailed me a correspondence number but still no
official response. In my opinion its pure money extraction. $191 to renew the
boat license, in my case. Otherwise I'm incapable to operate a vehicle unless
they are paid.
