As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at
Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent
work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their
rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now
formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new
ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the
world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great
opportunity to do these broadcasts over his new digital radio network.
This is now our 26th official broadcast and we would like to welcome any new
listeners to the show and extend a very warm welcome back all our regular
listeners as well.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews and cover things
like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal

importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great
information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in
case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously
covered.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about
the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many
people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like
speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still
don't see that 9/11 was an inside job or understand the fraud that is perpetrated
by the banking elite every day.
And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want
to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices
and helping to set things right again.
So, in order to achieve that outcome, we will be doing these broadcasts every
week on Tuesday night between 8 and 10pm and we would love to receive

So, many of you will recall that last week I was somewhat frustrated and angry
with a number of negative Facebook posts and people complaining that
podcasts hadn’t been uploaded straight away and a few things like that. Well,
thankfully, I’m over all that now and was very pleased to see just how many
people were listening in live, who were e-mailing us and calling us live on the
air to let us know that they appreciated what we were doing and, most of all, I
was really happy to hear just how many people were actually taking action and
implementing some of the many strategies and techniques that we talk about on
our show each week.
In addition to that, we ran another very successful seminar up in Brisbane on the
weekend and we received some excellent feedback. One of the best bits of
feedback that we received again this past weekend was that some people said
that the earlier part of our presentation was a little bit basic whilst others said
that a lot of information was too complex and was too much for them to
understand. It is obviously impossible for us to please everyone with the
content that we choose include in our full day seminars and to us, this means
that we have found a perfect balance of introductory, intermediate and advanced
information, to ensure that there is something for everyone form beginners,
right through to well-researched, proactive members of the community as well.

We’ll discuss the future of our seminars a little later in the show but, right now,
I want to address some of the e-mails and articles that came across my desk this
week.

and Talkback radio. So, we are going to try something a little bit different at the
start of each show and we are going to select a couple of news articles and go
through them quickly and give you our view on them and get you to call us, email us and text us with your views and thoughts so we can bring this show to
life a little more and make it more interactive.

As I mentioned at the start of this week’s show, we ran our Brisbane seminar on
Saturday and we had just over 40 people turn up and it was another great
success. The feedback that we received from many of the people who attended
was that they felt they learnt a lot and realised just how much more they still
had to learn.

Darryl got up and explained some new information that he only just came
across a week or so before the seminar in regards to land ownership and how he
has just found a law that states that if you have owned your own property for 30
years then you can claim it back from the crown.
Now, this has many wide and varied ramifications because, obviously, in
regards to your actual home, that would mean that you are no longer required to
pay rates because rates are the “rent”, if you like, that you pay the crown as you
don’t actually own your land, you are simply listed as a tenant in common,
which is something we have touched on previously.
Of even greater importance – and something that we are just looking into
ourselves right now – is how that would relate to our ownership of our
Strawman and our Strawman account, in light of this new information. It’s
obviously a lot to get our heads around but the point is that those who make the
effort to turn up to our seminars are the first ones to hear ground breaking
information such as this, which Darryl and I, along with a large group of people
in the background, are constantly working to uncover.
We will actually be bringing Darryl into the studio next Tuesday night to
explain this new Nullum Terrace information, which is an act of British
Parliament from 1769 so it’s all very exciting stuff and next week is sure to be a
broadcast that you will NOT want to miss.
We will obviously be discussing this in greater detail at our upcoming Sydney
seminar, along with all the usual topics that we cover – how to successfully
challenge unjust and unlawful fines, why the ATO is not a legal entity and why
personal tax is voluntary, how the Commonwealth Constitution really does
affect us every day and how to use it to your advantage, understanding how we
have been subjected to private law for many years now and how to bring courts
back into Common Law jurisdiction, the distinction between you and your
Strawman and how to use that distinction to your benefit, how to set up a
private foundation and the importance of operating in the private rather than in
the public and a whole lot more!

As many of you know, last week we were looking at the possibility of having to
cancel or postpone our Sydney seminar because we simply didn’t have enough
people booked in. Thankfully, a number of people took action in the past week

and booked their tickets so we have now confirmed that we will be going ahead
with the seminar on the 21st.
Unfortunately though, we were looking at a venue in the Parramatta area, which
we understood would be convenient to many people, but, because we didn’t
lock it in soon enough – because we didn’t have the number s to do so, that
venue is no longer available.
Instead, we have sourced a venue in Manly which, whilst it may not be as close
to the city or as central as the Parramatta location, we do understand that there is
ample parking and there are also buses and ferries that will take you there from
the city.
We do need to lock that venue in by tomorrow night though so please be sure to
confirm with us that you can attend that venue and ensure that you actually
book your tickets early and do not leave it til the last minute. We are constantly
updating and upgrading the quality of the information that we provide at these
seminars and one of the most important things that we provide at the seminars is
our professionally printed workbooks which have now grown to over 60 pages.
Those have to be printed in advance and that takes time so the sooner we know
how many people are attending, the more accurate the number of workbooks we
can arrange to have printed.
Now, speaking of seminars, we have received a number of requests from people
to run a seminar in Perth. Unfortunately, we have only had about 20 people
register their interest in us conducting a seminar in WA and, we know from past
experience that only about 75% of those who register an interest actually end up
purchasing a ticket. The simply reality is that with the extra cost of flights to
Perth, plus accommodation and the extra assistance we would need over there,
those figures simply don’t add up. So, what we are asking is for those of you
who are in Perth to rally up your troops and get them to either e-mail us or
express their interest in us doing a seminar there and, if we get the numbers, we
will make it happen.
We have tentatively selected the 21st of March as the date but, again, we simply
have to know that we have enough people willing to purchase tickets to cover
our cost before we can lock that in. So, once again, as with most things this
year, whether or not that goers ahead, will be entirely up to you.
A number of people are also starting to hear more and more about the incredible
feedback that we have received from these seminars – which you can read and
see for yourself at the bottom of our Seminar page – and many people have
remarked that there is simply nothing out there like what we are presenting.

Sadly, there are other groups out there that charge twice as much but offer half
of the content and people are feeling ripped off – and rightly so – and are
therefore a little bit wary of attending “yet another” seminar. It is important to
note that we only present tried and tested strategies that Darryl and I have used
ourselves to achieve results. The only theoretical information that we present is
brand new stuff like the Terra Nullius info that I mentioned earlier and that is
simply from the perspective of letting people know what other areas we are still
researching.
The simple fact is that the information that we present at these seminars works –
period. Now, we don’t want to say anything negative about any other
presentations, seminars or workshops that you may have heard about but we
would recommend that you ask them for some kind of proof that what they will
be teaching you actually works before committing your hard earned money, as
well as your precious time, to them.
And, the final point that I want to make about these seminars, before moving
on, is this. We are looking at conducting another seminar in Melbourne very
shortly to cater to the many people that were unable to attend our first one in
November last year – we give everyone prospective dates once we sort out what
is or isn’t happening with Perth.
A number of people have expressed that they would be interested in attending
our seminars for a second time to catch up on any new information and to go
over some of the more complex ideas that they heard the first time around.
Accordingly, they have asked us if there will be a discount for attending a
second time and we will, in fact, be offering a 50% discount to all attendees
who want to come back to one of our seminars.
Darryl and I have also spoken about the importance of getting this information
into the minds of young people as much as possible so that they can start
learning all the things that we now know in our 40s and 50s at a much earlier
age. So, to help make that happen, for the Sydney seminar and all future
seminars, we will be offering a free ticket to any teenager that attends with any
paying adult. So, if this is relevant to you, please include a note with your ticket
purchase or send us an e-mail afterwards, informing us that you have a teenager
attending with you and their name and they will get access to the exact same
information and the exact same workbook as all the adults.
Hopefully this will show people how serious we are about getting this message
out there and how important it is for young people to start seeing the world
differently, not the way they have brainwashed into seeing it from the current

education system. If nothing else, it should be a great way for them to start
seriously questioning things and finding answers that sit with them, rather than
just being told what to do by someone in power – now, who thinks that makes
sense!
Again, please do book your tickets sooner rather than later if this applies
because we really do need to lock down our numbers due to the size of the
anticipated venue – especially in Sydney.
Now, that reminds me, a bit off topic but, never-the-less important - the guys at
Operate in the Private have contacted us and explained that they are now aware
of a number of organisations that are charging $2,000 to $2,500 to set up private
foundations for people. And, whilst they continue to support what we are doing
and they will continue to extend exceptional offers to our members, they feel
that they are actually losing business because they are charging too little and
people feel like there must be something missing because they aren’t charging
enough.
The fact is that nothing could be further from the truth. We have heard that
some people haven’t received their ATM cards when they have set up a
foundation with other groups, we have heard of a few people having their
foundation accounts closed because other groups haven’t set them up correctly
and a number of other issues. We also heard that some groups are charging an
“assistance fee”, over and above the cost of setting up the foundations and all
that people are getting for that is a copy of less paperwork and information that
the Operate in the Private guys give up front for free anyway.
So, as a result, as of the 15th of February, the cost of having a private foundation
set up will be increasing from $750 to $950. This is still less than half what
others are charging and comes with a lot more information than others provide.
Just to clarify, when you set up a foundation with them, you get an extensive set
of Frequently Asked Questions, you get not one but two no fee accounts set up
for you with Westpac Bank. Those accounts can include a cheque book if you
like and also include ATM Mastercard Debit cards that can be used anywhere in
the world. You also get copies of actual ATO forms verifying the self-assessing
status of private foundations as well as the ATO form you need to provide any
supplier to chow that you have an ABN exemption – they even include a sample
form to show you exactly how to fill that out. On top of that, you also get
sample letterhead templates for your foundation and details of how to set up an
actual Paypal account for your Foundation as well – which is something that
many other groups tell you can’t be done.

action,. As I have said a few times before, you can start small if you like –
register your interest in our local government class action, which you can do via
www.localgovernmentclassaction.com and just let us know that you would be
interested in taking part in a class action against local councils and heir
ridiculous, ever increasing rates and parking fines schemes. Let’s return these
agencies back to the role of State departments – where they belong – not out
lawlessly acting as a third tier of government and supposedly writing their own
by-laws which they have no Constitutional right to do.

and send it off with the cover letter that you can also download form that page
to your local MP and see if they can answer those few simple questions.
Join up as a Facebook Member and help us spread the word on social media.
We have just reached 3,500 Members on the Know Your Rights Facebook
group and the Aussie Speeding Fines group has just over 6,00 members. Be sure
to share posts that we put up there with other on your own page and through
other groups that you may also be a part of.

cards and stickers and help them spread the word too. We are currently in the
process of designing some business cards and stickers for the Know Your
Rights group and, as soon as we have those ready, we will let everyone know.

download all of our podcasts, the ASF site has probably even more free info
than ours does. The point is that there is a wealth of information available and it
is all easily accessible on just 2 websites – you just need to actually access it,
learn it and then use it!
Now, speaking of podcasts, we have had a number of people ask if it is possible
to get copies of the podcasts on CD so, guess what, that’s what we have done
now.
We have burnt and printed a number of twin CD packs and those packs contain
2 CDs that have all 25 of our current podcasts on them in an mp3 format. Most
modern CD players will play those files directly from those CDs, otherwise, you
can upload them to your iphone or tablet if you like as well.

It is important to note that these are the fully edited podcasts that have had all
the music removed so it’s just the pure 1 and a half hours or so of straight
content from each podcast, which equates to about 40 hours worth of content on
those 2 CDs. This CDs span 7 months worth of Membership, which would

One of the challenges that we have is that everyone is at different levels in
regards to how "awake" they are or, once they are truly awake, how much they
actually know about a particular topic.
So, the Know Your Rights Group was put together to create a one-stop website
for people to come to regarding some of the most popular topics and we are
looking to expand the amount of basic, introductory information that we have
on that website and then, once people have their heads around those various
topics, they can then go onto dedicated websites such as Aussie Speeding Fines,
CLRG and the soon to be developed Bank Secrets Revealed sites to find our
more specific detailed information about these various topics.
Speaking of CLRG, they are holding their weekly meeting at the Truganina
Town Hall which is at the corner of Doherty’s and Woods road in Truganina
tomorrow night. As always we highly recommend those meetings to anyone
who would like a great introduction to the Constitution especially and the
beginners kick off at 7pm and the main event starts at 7.30pm.
Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the
Know Your Rights show and we will be doing more research and hopefully
talking to some new people about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms
and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8

As I say each week, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours
or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. We have to research the
content and put it all together in a format that flows and makes sense. We do
this in addition to trying it upload new information to our website each week or
so and, as anyone who is involved in web design knows, there is a fair bit of
work involved in setting up and constantly updating a website - writing the
content, uploading that, constantly making little changes here and there etc. and
this all costs time and money.

Can anyone here provide their opinion or advice on this: Can police confiscate
your phone and go through it if they want?

Hey guys, I need an answer to my question i was travelling along the M1
freeway the other night coming back from my parents’ house at around 9pm and
i went to overtake a car that was traveling at 90-95km in a 100km zone as i was
over taking i went over the speed limit of about 4km or i think it was 2km as i
drive a v6 turbo as I overtook, when i looked in my rear view mirror there was a
police motor bike, now.. Can police motor bikes capture your rego and speed or
not? He didn't pull me over but he sat behind me for a good 30 seconds then
quickly slipped into the lane beside me and sped off at a really fast speed? So do
police motor bikes have cameras attached to them or not?

Howdy all, I’m looking for a good template in regards to a "toll notice" that has
gone to an "infringement notice".
I returned there offer months ago. But recently received an "infringement
notice".

So wife & i have been surprised w/ 5 fines. 1 in Oct and the rest in Nov. We
received the 5th just this week. All offences were all on the same intersection in
Dandenong corner Stud Rd & Heatherton Rd where there is a camera. The thing
is they recently changed the speed limit there from 80 to 60. But once you cross
Heatherton Rd heading towards Ringwood not long after the intersection an 80
sign is still up. The funny thing is i have not realised they changed the speed
limit so i have been traveling as if it was 80 but on the fines it states alleged
speeds of 66, 69, 67, 66 & 65. How can that be when I’ve been driving as if the
speed limit was still 80????? I would be doing at least 75 or something. I don’t
understand what's going on and why all these fines have come all within 3-4
weeks. I am going to write a complaint and get it reviewed and state the things
I’ve written here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My question is, what can you put there as an excuse to never lodge tax returns
ever again.
So far I am aware that people use excuses such as “spiritual/religious reasons”

I have just watched the current affair that Mike was on ( i recorded it ) ...... now
i am confused as to why Mike wasted his time arguing about bullshit ( in my
view ) ( i am not in any way trying to put Mike down for any reason ) but .... He
knows that all fines are invalid due to section 109 of the Australian
Constitution..... yet he did not state any of this ... he even said that the cops
should be more open viewed to the people saying that they should continue to
commit treason in the open and not in convert or hidden .... That threw me.....
So what if the copper told A Magistrate (singular) that it is OK to go covert.....
A single judge cannot judge another.... that judge is committing treason by
executing a Start Chamber for a start..... Sorry ...... but one of our brothers has
fallen into to the media trap i feel.... Mike please explain... Very lost ... i hope
you haven’t lost your way brother..... there has been no speed laws put into

power by a referendum of we the people of this land ... no human can tell
another how competent they are to drive at what speed .... As long as they cause
no harm or death or vandalism or theft and fulfil all their contracts they have
broken no law.... Vic Roads or TAC have no authority and cannot control any
human being... that is slavery.... oh and they didn’t even say who Mike is or

religion, I found something called "The poison of government corruption"

Power of the people. Tasmania's Liberal Government tried to pass legislation
via Attorney General Vanessa Goodwin, to have mandatory sentencing for
protesting. A violation of our rights to disagree with a decision and make a
stand. The new so called anti protest bill wasn't passed as people protested
against it. So it was basically watered down to a dribble after the tide was turned
by enraged electorates. Sometimes it pays to be on the electoral roll even though
I think better of my decision to exercise my democratic rights

How do i prove to someone that i am a living beneficiary and not a
dead/fictitious corporate identity? Is there documentation to supply proof of
this?

Just got back from court. Did not go how i imagined. When i handed the
magistrate the asserevation i wrote saying i was the beneficiary of the trust etc,
he said 'oh dear' then had a flick through it. Then he asked my name. i said
peter. Then he cracked the shits and had a winge about what i had just done.
then he said well if you’re not PETER VAN EEDE then sit at the back of the

court. Then he had another winge and said there would be a bench warrant
against PETER VAN EEDE and i would be arrested. he said the last person to
do that stayed in custody for 5 days before they changed their story. so i wasn't
interested in being arrested right there so i entered the court again and i said my
name wast peter Gregory of the van eede bloodline. the magistrate said that’s
close enough for me. then the charges were read out. he asked if i understood
each one. to which i said no. then he had a go at me saying 'do you have a
mental health problem?'
the matter has been adjourned to the 29th of jan.
the magistrate basically said in his rant that the Law issued Motu Proprio is a
load of rubbish and applies only to the religious.

How powerful is your signature? When signing forms for Government agencies
where you are instructed to fill in your details in block letters and use only black
ir blue ink, I like to fill the form in without block lettering and always sign in
red ink. That makes a big difference and I get satisfaction telling the public
servant behind the desk when they complain..."you just don't understand you are
a servant and always will be unless you fight" I think they hate me.

Can someone enlighten me about a STALKER MOBILE RADAR. This is used
in Melbourne Victoria. If you have any understanding about it's use, for
example, Are there restrictions to it's use. I have been advised they can only be
used in 80km zones and above. UNLESS the user is stationary then they can be
used in any zone. Look forward to hearing from you !!!

I have decided to buy a notebook and write down: date/time/location/
comments, every time I see "monkeys in the bushes" (cops and speed radars by
the side of the road). I'll write "I confirm I was definitely going under 60, so if I
get a speeding fine, I'm going to court".
I have a suspicion, last time I was going under 60 but I got a fine saying I was
going 68! So I'm going to keep record from now. No more cheating me! And if
I was speeding, then I'll write that down for my own sanity haha.

Hi ... just received a speeding camera fine by post, due date 10th Feb 2015 ...
allegedly doing 72k in a 60k zone 8:08pm Xmas eve on Ewingsdale Hill ,
Pacific Highway just above Byron Bay ... usually remember the speed camera
and slow to 50k ... vagued out this time thinking about Xmas ... no other vehicle
close to me at the time ... asking me to PAY NOW $109.00 and loose two
points. Clean license for years with full points.
Searched files here ... can anyone please fast-track me to any example of
someone winning against such a ticket or at least not losing license points ...
don't really want to spend the time going to court, wasting money I don't have,
or losing license points. Cheers.

he does a search on my car. At 1st it was (illegal.) then just (rude) to video him..
Can someone tell me if I can video these terrorist? Is there really a law firm on

I contacted VicRoads with a question "why there is an expiration date on our
Driver's and Boat licences? I have passed the test and paid the fees. Why do our
licences expire? “They have emailed me a correspondence number but still no
official response. In my opinion its pure money extraction. $191 to renew the
boat license, in my case. Otherwise I'm incapable to operate a vehicle unless
they are paid.
