Documents Required
1. The supporting documents of the license holder
a. A passport copy
b. A National Registration (Khulasat Qaid)
c. A copy of the academic qualifications
d. A certificate of good conduct
e. (4) Personal Photographs
2. A copy of lease contract or the hold of the property from the Municipality.
3. A drawing of the nursery location.
4. Scheme land villa and interior design with the distribution of rooms & number of children.
5. A children registration application form of the nursery.
6. A schedule outlining the fees prescribed in the nursery, with details, if any.
7. A schedule illustrating the maximum and minimum salaries of the nursery staff.
8. A schedule explaining the children daily program at the nursery according to their age group.
9. An application form outlining the rules and regulations established in the nursery.
10. Contract for health doctor visiting from a health authority supported.
11. CV director of the nursery
12. Approval letter from the Civil Defense after the approval of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
13. Approval letter from the municipality after the approval of the Ministry of Social Affairs
14. A picture of Licensing Department of Economic Development after the approval of the Ministry of Social
Affairs.

Conditions and Requirements to obtain service
15. A license holder should be a citizen of United Arab Emirates
16. Licensed nurseries in the ministries and government bodies and public institutions, government
departments and divans
17. Civil Defence approvals are met and the validity of the municipal building after the approval of the Ministry
of Social Affairs.

Steps to implement the service
1. Submission of the application through web site or smart service.

5. Upon completion of the survey of the site, will require the initial documents submitted and then the final.

Renewal nursery license form
The latest license issued by the Ministry (the original copy).
A copy of the latest professional license of the nursery issued by the Department of Economic
Development.
A copy of the license terms of prevention and safety of civil defense.
A passport copy of the license holder.
A copy of the nursery staff’s labour cards.
The nursery staff list issued by Ministry of Labour.
A copy of the medical supervision contract.
A copy of the professional license of the medical establishment.
A copy of the physician license card.
A copy of the nurse license.
A list of the children of the nursery showing the (name - nationality – gender - date of birth).
The fees prescribed in the nursery in details
A copy of rent contract for the villa.
Bylaws of the custody of (custody laws).
A copy of children registration form.
16.
Conditions and Requirements to obtain service
1. Submit a request to renew a nursery license to the Ministry of Social Affairs
2. Commitment to the specified time duration for renewal.
3. In case of late for license renewal (Nurseries):
• The first pay a fine of AED 2000, after the expiration of 30 days after license expiration date nursery.
• The second fine of AED 3,000 after the expiration of 60 days after the license expiration date nursery.
• The cancel the license custody after the expiration of 90 days from the expiration date of custody license.
