If you have not logged on to a school computer, wait for instructions.
Open Internet explorer and type in the following address:
www.conjugemos.com
If you have used Conjugemos before click on the student sign-in and enter your username and password from last year.
If you have not used conjugemos before or do not remember your information from last year select:
Then click on:
On this screen below fill in the following information:
School ID: 1857
Username: use your last name and your German first
name. Example: SmithHans
Password: use your school ID number
-
re-type your password in the CONFIRM
First name: Use your German name.
Last name: Use your own last name.
Then select PENNSYLVANIA from the SCHOOL
LOCATION pull down.
Click on SUBMIT REGISTRATION. If you get the information that someone has already used the same long-in
information as you, change some of your long-in information slightly. BUT, write this information down: you will need
to know it in the future.
On the next screen, select Frau Ludwig. YOU MUST DO THIS WHENEVER WE DO AN IN-CLASS ACTIVITY, OR YOU WILL
NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR IT!
You can also always access this web-site at home. In this case, you do not need to select a teacher.
Next, click on GERMAN ACTIVITIES, then GERMAN VERBS. Then 17. DAS PERFEKT: All verb types.
Go to bottom of the screen and find this:
Under CHOOSE VERBS, highlight some of the following verbs while keeping the Ctrl button pressed: bekommen,
bringen, essen, finden, geben, gehen, haben, hören, kaufen, lernen, machen, nehmen, sagen, schreiben, sehen, sein,
spielen, sprechen, trinken, wandern, wissen, wollen.
Do not change anything else at the bottom.
Then click on Press START when finished.
In the ANSWER blank in the yellow box, you will need to type the correct form of the helping verb and past participle.
On the far right are some help buttons under the heading “FEATURES.” Click on them and see what they do for you.
When it has said that your time is up and given your score, click on the RECORD/SEND button so that I have a record of
what you did.
Try these activities a couple of times. If you find that you are really good, ask me for more of a challenge.
