Excellency, President P’ Noy Aquino
and All Our Countrymen:

POWER ANNIVERSARY, at dapat po nating ituloy ito uli, sa
pinaka-mahalagang kabutihan (at para sa ating “butihing madla”).
Ito ang gusto nating lahat at namin dito rin (These are what we
all together want):
to unify our Muslim, all Ethnic at Katutubong
Pilipino, ang “lahat nating mga Kristiano”, at lahat na hybrid
Filipino communities and Other universal individuals along with
our migrant world citizens, this month on the last day, and week,
of February 2012.

and fairly done from 1986 to 2012.

COOPERATIVE OBJECTIVES FOR RP PEACE AND UNIFICATION:
1. To generate a three fold RP barangay stratification of
population growth to unify all alienating tendencies and polar
political conflicts at each age level of the whole population,
sector and family grouping.
2. To rearrange the cause and effect dependency of the agesectors and facilitate the economic efficiencies and agesector transactions in the process of pilot Barangay
Development with application to the 42,000 RP barangays.
3. To spiritually and universally Revive or Regenerate the vital
livelihood and habitat of Filipino family with native measures,
crafts, arts and trade that previously recalls the postwar RP
export demand, to here and now reform, regenerate and evolve
their 21st century renewal from the past abuses that has
brought them to blithe and left them there.
4. To apply 2012 INFORMATION THEORY OF VALUE AND PRACTICAL
GROTH SCIENCE ENTERPRISE into each business formation, and
into BAYANIHAN PRACTICE WITH ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING OF
TRAINORS AND TRAINEES i.e. To re-ensoul, enliven, and renew our
old practical intelligence, workplan, cause-and-effect
application of information, theory, practice and erratum
reforms (even on radical RP growth dimension) with
sustaining quality and quantity harvests.
A) APPLICATION OF BAYANIHAN GROWTH TO BARANGAY AGE-SECTOR
FUNCTIONS shall identify the major population sectors essentially
interacting in economic social, cultural, soul and business
formation - over the trading of quality and supply of constant
quantity causes and effects i.e. among the
1. Youth dependent sector-age 1 to 21.
2. Parent and Nation Building Career Sector-age 22 to 60.
3. The (other age 22 to 60) local City, Municipal, Provincial of the
Local Government Pilot-Barangay-Developments and public
sectors serving the total population, local village habitat,
funding and special resource business and envirnment
dynamics.
4. The Retiring Age Bracket (all these are above age 60).
(n.b. these four interactive stratifications are a universal, and
not a particular idea- Neale Donald Walsch cited it in the 3rd
volume of his book, and their functional application follows.

B) RATIONALE FOR A AND B:
1. Rational for A is TO ACTUALIZE THE RENEWING TRADITIONAL RP
SKILLS, NATIVE SUPPLY AND DEMAND, EXPORT PRACTICE AND
CREATIVE REFLEXES FOR OUR BUSINESS, POLITICS AND SOUL-FORCE
WITH OUR HISTORY OF DIFFICULTIES FROM THE TIME OF RIZAL,
QUEZON, RM, DM, FM, CORY, ERAP, GMA. i.e. to free our current
Pres. Pinoy for the real RP BARANGAY NATION-BUILDINIG TASK.
2. Rationale for B is to reform bayanihan BARANGAY HOSPITALITY
AND MAKE IT APPLICABLE INDIVIDUALLY, NATIONALLY AND
GLOBALLY IN BARANGAY SECTOR FORM, becausea) The YOUTH AGE DEPENDENT SECTOR and the SENIOR AGE
DEPENDENT SECTOR are Two Dependent Blocks of population
draining (by the expenses) the nationwide barangay Nation
Building PINOY WORKING SECTORS, AGE 22 TO 60- but the
youth and the old can be MADE SYMBIOTIC AND SYNERGISTIC
INTO INTERACTIVELY RECIPIROCAL COST REDUCTION UNIT.
Since Senior Expenses go to the Youth bloc and Youth
benefits make the Senior Authorities service-happy and
sectorally progressive, both the aged and the youth
dependency sectors can cancel basic costs to each other’s
time, energy, service, creative costs and recreational
exchanges in day-care serviced costs and high energy
programs that double with recreational exchanges and
barangay team building bond .
b) The A measure shall install the FULL BARANGAY FAMILY AND
COMMUNITY ATTENTION AND MANHOURS INTO A TOTALLY
MODERN RP VILLAGE DAY-CARE-CAMPUS IN THE ENTIRE
BARANGAY HABITAT AND ENVIRONMENT MAP- TRAINING THE
NEXT GENERATIONS FROM AGE 1 TO 21 ON HOW TO CARE AND
ENJOY THEIR BARANGAY CAMPUS BETWEEN SCHOOL HOURS even
into the night if warranted.
c) The first effect of the above would be to Re-employ the
SENIOR CITIZENS INTO RUNNING THE MODERN RP BARANGAY
ENVIRONMENTAL CAMPUS “RP VILLAGE DAY-CARE SYSTEM”
between and during SCHOOL HOURS. The senior citizens will
find new meaningful work for which they are over qualified
and even updated into the new age culture.
d) The other effect of the above is TO FREE THE 22 TO 59 AGE
PARENTS AND NATION BUILDING SECTORS-AND-LEADERS FOR
THEIR CAREERS, ENTERPRISES, QUALITY-LEISURE AND EVEN
“QUALITY FAMILY FREE-TIMES WITH COOPERATIVE GROWTHPLANNING”. It is notably clear that prime age parents are not
the best quality upbringingers of their own progeny in
statistics and in sacial work files currently knowable.
Seniors are the expertly authoritative upbringers of the
emotional youth in the history of generations.
e) These are tiger leader and manpower institutional works
starting this March 2012, and this year until five or ten years
from now- and beyond. But will it work? Yes, change does
function effectively over the changeless historical and
biographical problems or dilemmas. Stasis does not reform
itself!
f) The obvious change benefits are two fold 1) we may redeem
our economy for nation building with real local tiger capital,
real-time, finite energy supplies and serious incentive
modeling, and 2) transform our recycled fiesta hospitalilty
into new paradigm for the ASIA PACIFIC RETIREMENT HAVEN
nationwide as the 42,000 RP barangays and local
enterprises are rebuilt with soulful business attention and
practical interfaith energies in three dimensional RP
cooperative space- for and from the universal P’noy
experience and consciousness. The gospels do not frown on
letting local experiences bear their known minority causes
and effects, particularly between differing faiths and
universal brotherly spirit cultures and reciprocal histories.
g) With these measured Filipino revival essence, we aim to
Bolster our bayanihan hospitality routine with fresh new age
information, cooperative industry development in
refashioning our currently impersonal and frequently
unreliable community, government, police, legal, economic,
technology, family and sector disciplines- so that our
internal reforms will also rebuild more orderly and growing
communities, sectors , soulform, consciousness and
businesses formation into viable Asia Pacific Retirement
Haven and natural framework of living native habitat.
We Filipinos have long and frankly expected these now almost fading
“Next Century Vision of Rizal for the Philippines in the 20th century”, and
it is time for us to actualize and deliver it now since all the ASEAN
countries which were still colonies in 1946 have now overtaken us and
others as 2012 races farther ahead. And even the twice colonially
devastated Vietnam (which we once cooperated to bomb from our
1966 foreign airbase tie up) is now liberated, growing and freely racing
ahead of our always limited Only Catholic Nation in Asia and Western
Showcase of Democracy trademarks since WWII and later when ASEAN
was still the postwar South East Asia Treaty Organization regional block.
While we never must forget our own true history, our own frank
memories can build our new future with no need for expected, orthodox
prohecy. God and soul mutually know the future as a Free- Unfolding of
the explosive Genesis space-time-energy-conversion-and-very far out
Universal dimensions (that shock orthodox expectations in limited
history)! Our mortal lives came from the Immortal Decision of God
measuring the infinite by limited space-time etc. Earth orbit
diimensions.
We had likewise been limited to publicizing our soul and form
obligations by merely being Roman (i.e. not universal) promoters in
Asia. This is the history of our past soul, aging consciousness and list
of diplomatic bayanihan effects. And Pope Paul II has openly pardoned
and apologized the misapplied spiritual and moral science in both
Roman histories. Buit then, renewal time goes on and on infintely in
each now or never option, like 2012 after 1986 and 1896 etc.
Mabuhay ang bagong Pilipino at ang pagbabago ng panahon,
mga gawa at bagong diwa. This is a native (intramural) diplomacy
for universally enhancing the natural Pinoy and our current executives
in affectionate universal spirit, culture, growth and harvests globally.
We were taught from the many respective Universal Scriptures to
welcome this transcendence. But we have preached it more than
served it to the full universal limit. And it is time to perform effectively,
not ritually in the sanctuaries of tongues.
If we are Filipinos, let’s join up in this year’s February 22 to 25 day of
Pinoy and the President P’noy. Yes we can? Yes, the option is 2012. Is
the water half empty or still half full? How much of the landscape is
entitled to our pure native land with titles? This is the history of our
soul, consciousness and list of effects. Mabuhay ang bagong Pililpino
at ang ating bagong panahon.
