Course Objectives
The basic idea is to acquaint with students to the importance of the human resource in the
organizational development process. The course will also help the students to develop their expertise in
solving different problems regarding recruitment, selection, training, and development, and career planning of
human resource in dynamic environment of 21st century.
The course is duly supported by case studies, practical assignments and presentations, in order to clear
the bewildering concepts and theories of human resource management.
