We are happy to inform you that your child has qualified for the ‘National Finals’, where he
/ she will get the opportunity to compete with the best students across India. The
‘National Finals’ is a gateway for your child to win numerous scholarships, in addition to
winning the titles of ‘Star Speller’ and ‘Best Performer’. Moreover, performing well in the
International Prelims, which will be conducted along with the National Finals, places them
just a step away from winning the coveted title of the ‘International Best Performer’ and
a humungous scholarship of INR 1,00,000

Payment procedure regarding the Competition:
We have 4 modes of payment,
1. Axis Bank (Other States) / Federal Bank (Kerala only)
2. UAE Exchange
3. NEFT ICICI (Maharashtra & Karnataka)
4. ICICI Eazy Pay ( Kerala Only)
To make the payment through UAE Exchange:
1. Please provide your ward’s name, CIN and Category.
2. Provide any of your (parent’s) identification card like License
copy, Adhaar Card, Voters ID etc.
3. Please do not forget to collect the receipt from the centre.
4. Please take a copy of the receipt.
To make the payment through Federal Bank or Axis Bank:
 Visit www.marrsspellingbee.com
 Login using the CIN as the username and password.
 Download the Axis/Federal Bank challan form (includes additional AXIS bank
charge of 25/-) from the option
 Download Bank Challan’ which is available at the bottom left side of the candidate
profile page.
 Print and Fill the necessary details and Submit with fees.
 Make sure you receive the transaction number before you leave the bank.
To make payment through NEFT (For MAHARASHTRA & KARNATAKA only)
Please follow the below steps:
o The Online Transfer mode by the Student / Parent
 Log in to your Internet access provided by your Bank for your account
o Go to the Make payment mode ( some Banks require you register the Beneficiary ).

You shall receive an SMS from ICICI eazy pay.
Click on the Link given in the message. (https://eazypay.icicibank.com/homePage)
Provide your mobile no registered in spelling bee site
Once you login using the same, provide the CIN and you can see the amount payable.
Choose your convenient option for payment and pay the same.
Online Registration Procedure after making the Payment
 You may log on to our website www.marrsspellingbee.com.
 Please feed the CIN number in both the CIN and password column.
 Update the candidate details in the candidate profile.
 Make sure your child’s photo has been uploaded.
 Click on “Competition Register” option.
 Click on the second option UAE Exchange Payment / Axis Bank twice.
 Fill in the options with necessary details. Click on submit. You will be redirected to
the TRN page.
Please bring UAE Exchange receipt copy to the venue on the day of the Competition .
Or After registering in the link “Competition Register”, the website would issue you
the Temporary Registration Number (TRN) of which you may take a printout. This is
equivalent to the Online Admit Card.
*The Registration fee, once paid, will not be refunded after you register for the
competition.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Ø Online registration is mandatory.
Ø Late comers shall not be entertained.
Ø Students should not carry mobile phones into the competition premises.
Ø The final leg of the MaRRS International Spelling Bee constitutes Oral Rounds. The
Oral Rounds are conducted on 1:1 basis. Hence the exact duration of the competition
would depend on the individual performance of the participants and may prolong
for the entire day.
Ø Participants are requested to be present at the venue only at the registration time.
Ø The competition will be postponed if unforeseen circumstances like terrorist
attack or natural calamities occur on the declared day of the competition.

Spelling Bee being a competition with multiple rounds, may prolong for the entire
day, So please make your travel arrangements in such a way to leave the venue after
7pm only.
