Franchisee’s Educational
Requirements:
Do I need to be an educator to own a WhizKids Learning
Center?
Many of our owners have backgrounds in business, sales,
marketing, finance, and management, as well as education. Our
License Agreement, however, does call for a certified educator to
oversee in-Center instruction. If you do not have a background in
education, you'll hire individuals who will complement your strengths
and skills

Include.
What is Included in the WhizKids Learning
Franchise fee?
The franchise fee provides a license to operate your Whizkids
Learning Center in a protected geographic territory. It also allows you
to use and leverage Whizkids's proven systems, name, brand
awareness, logo, trademark and educational materials to grow your
business.
Definition of Territories
How do the protected Geographic Territories
defined?
A territory is generally defined as a geographic area encompassing a
15-25 minute or more drive time for parents. Territories may be
carved along geographic boundaries or using a radius approach. A
territory contains between 8,000 and 30,000 school-aged children.
Territory size is determined using the following criteria:
"A" Territory: 18,000 - 30,000 school-aged children
"B" Territory: 8,000 - 18,000 school-aged children
