 Helping Verbs:
A
helping verb always stands in front of a
main verb.
 For example, in the sentence Shyla can
ride her sister's bicycle, the helping verb
is can and the main verb is ride.

 The root soci in social means “ being part

S.p.n.= subject pronoun
H.p.= helping verb. Also remember helping verbs go on the
same line as the main verb (or action verb) because the
helping verb helps to make the main verb more
precise(clear).
