SHEET
o Freshman Center Counselors will provide scheduling information during
8 th grade Science classes.
o During these meetings, students will receive a scheduling worksheet and instruction packet. Students will learn how to use the scheduling worksheet and how to access the on-line scheduling system. They will take materials home and, with their parents, select their 9 th grade courses on-line .
SCHEDULING PROCESS – next step o A FC Counselor will meet individually with each student, checking the course requests that were selected using the on-line system over the weekend.
Questions will be answered and any necessary adjustments will be made to the student’s schedule. o After the student has met with the counselor, parents may view the finalized course requests on-line.
