Zoob Media is a media laboratory where
students explore and learn in order to
become responsible and creative media
consumers and producers. This student
organization aims to work in
collaboration with other DLSZ student
media-related organizations and the
media industry.
To help students start their own blog,
improve it and get it recognized,
whether they want to build the
authority to blog in a certain niche,
or they just want to share their
thoughts to the world
The aim of Media Jocks is to enlarge
media literacy for Lasallian holistic
formation. Thus, the varied activities
designed will stretch students' indepth knowledge in reading newspaper,
magazine and the Internet. This also
serves as a training ground for
students to enhance their writing
process.
Big Bytes aims to promote computer
interests and inquiry among members,
share ideas and theories about
computer principles and develop
potential of students in multimedia,
programming and computer hardware.
To develop passion for reading among
students
Pen and Paper gives a room for
students to apply their writing skills
by composing their own short stories,
poems, literary reviews on movies,
novels and the like.
COPO is the official publication of
the High School Department.

501(c)(3) organization dedicated to
establishing a global volunteer
movement that creates opportunities
for one-to-one friendships, integrated
employment and leadership development
for people with intellectual and
developmental disabilities (IDD).

The 3PM Club is a special activity
program designed for students who show
interests in exploring themselves, the
environment and the world.
Live Pure advocates striving for
purity of mind, eyes, speech and body.
This club commits to share its
conviction by giving young people
opportunities to realize and live out
the value of human dignity and
fraternal relationships.
HS Peer Society aims to create
activities that would develop the
students' self-awareness, increase
their self-esteem and enhance their
relationship with others. This club
aids the students in creating a
helping relationship among their
peers.
Mission Youth Philippines is an
organization for young Catholic men
and women dedicated to carrying out
regular evangelization activities or
“missions” to both rural and urban
communities in the country with the
purpose of reenergizing the
community’s Catholic identity and
fostering greater parish involvement.
It challenges young people to follow
Jesus as modern day apostles who are
active members of the Church and are
ready to share the Gospel with the
world. Mission Youth accomplishes this
goal by sending youth missionaries who
are ready, able and willing to bear
witness to their faith.
The Young Lasallian Ministers are
acknowledged as a student arm of the
Campus Ministry Office (CMO). The
members undergo formation programs to
be familiar with the world of ministry
work and equip them in order to serve
their fellow youth and the DLSZ
community.

Search-In aims to help young people to
evaluate their relationships with
their own selves, their peers, their
families and God.
The HS SRCC is the recognized supreme
student organization of DLSZ. It is a
constituted government composed of the
Elected Committee (EleCom), the
Appointed Committee (AppoCom) and the
Student Judiciary Board (SJB), and is
founded on the principles of
representation and service to fellow
students and the whole society.
The members of the High School Chorale
are given advanced training in solo
and ensemble singing. They work on a
varied repertoire of songs which will
deepen their appreciation of choral
music.
Taking its inspiration from Jacobo
Santiago Zobel, Key of Z members have
established in themselves as the
unique pop acapella group rendering
pieces of fine and mostly acapella
music of different genres. For
Academic Year 2015-20116, Key of Z is
opening its audition and membership to
male high school students starting
from Grade 7 to Fourth Year. Girls who
wish to audition for solo parts are
welcome as well.
The Symphonic Band aims to help the
students enhance their self-esteem and
skills in performance and help them
become a well-rounded person.
Advanced Strings aims to facilitate
learning of instrument playing and
help the students heighten their
enthusiasm for music.
Rondalla aims to promote the tradition
and culture of the Filipinos through
strings instrument.
Jammers aims to promote the
musicianship, self-discipline,
relationships and communication skills
of its members through consistent band
playing, group singing and
performances. (with audition)
The Theater Club provides students
with training and instruction in basic
and intermediate acting and their
application in musical theater.

Angklung is a musical instrument made
of two to four bamboo tubes attached
to a bamboo frame. The tubes are
carved to have a resonant pitch when
struck and are tuned to octaves.
Table tennis, also known as ping pong,
is a sport in which two or four
players hit a lightweight ball back
and forth across a table using a
small, round bat.
Judo Club is an introductory club for
aspiring Judokas. It is open to all
interested students regardless of
skill level.
Aikido is a non-competitive martial
art that teaches self-defense and
development. It uses the principles of
harmony that enable effective defense
even against stronger and/or bigger
aggressors. Typical physical
techniques include throws, breaks,
locks, pins, joint manipulation, and
pressure point influence. The same
principles also develop a person to
become better spiritual beings and
members of society.
Handball is a combination of
Basketball, Soccer and Netball. It is
played indoors on a court about the
size of two basketball courts. The
object of the game is simply to score
more goals than the other team.

Ultimate Frisbee Club is a fun,
challenging and inclusive team sport.
It aims to teach members the skills of
throwing and catching of the flying
disc, responsibility for fair play and
respect, adherence to the rules and
basic joy of play. This club is
considered the fastest-growing team
sport that teaches the “Spirit of the
Game”.
DLSZ Volleyball Club helps aspiring
athletes to develop their skills in
volleyball.
Floorball is a fun and fast-paced
sport played indoors with floorball
sticks and a ball. The sport is easy
to pick up with simple rules that one
can easily learn in a matter of
minutes.
DLSZ Basketball Club aims to further
develop the physical abilities,
confidence, focus and positive
attitude of its members making them
realize the importance of these
attributes in the attainment of their
goals of life.
