If the graduate failed the bar exam in both jurisdictions, the graduate shall be reported once as not having passed, again provided that the school is reporting bar pass results for a jurisdiction in which the graduate did not pass. To reiterate, a graduate is counted as one passer even if the graduate passed the exam in both jurisdictions.
