Hispanic Chamber Conference – November 2, 2012
Site Coordinator Responsibilities
The Hispanic Chamber Conference will be held at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill on Friday,
November 2, 2012. This will be an opportunity for your 10th & 11th grade students you select to attend
and learn about other students, as well as have discussions on achievement.
Conference organizers have designated the number of students and adults you may invite to the
conference. Please see numbers allowable for your school above next to your school’s name. You will
need to stay with the numbers allocated for your school to prevent confusion on the day of the event.
Please e-mail us an excel file listing students attending based on the Field Trip Permission forms. Sites
will be responsible for keeping the Field Trip Permission and A/V Release Form on file. We need your list
of students no later than Friday, October 5, 2012.
Transportation will be arranged by the District and we will send a schedule as soon as it is confirmed.
