Job Description :

Job Summary Conducts interviews to recruit
prospective employees and refers job applicants to
specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors
such as job experience, education and training, skills,
knowledge and abilities, physical and personal
qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification,
selection, and referral. Prepares rating on applicants,
makes recommendations on starting salaries, and
provides applicants with information on the company.
May administer tests and interpret results, check
references, arrange transportation of selected
applicants, extend formal job offers, etc. Perform all
duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard
operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency
Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of
Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable
Federal, state and local regulations. Responsibilities 1.
Evaluate candidates based on employment factors such
as job experience, education and training, skills,
knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the
selection and referral of candidates. 2. Coordinate
ratings of applicants and development of starting salary
recommendations for hiring manager consideration. 3.
Corresponds with candidates to include providing
company information and notification of employment
consideration. 4. Maintain and track job and candidate
data for compliance to EEO and other related
employment laws and regulations. 5. Participates in
community outreach events to enhance employment
opportunity awareness. Scope Internal organizational
contacts with department representatives and field
units. Operate with little or no direct supervision and
exercises a wide variety of independent judgment and

Functions/Physical Requirements The duties above
indicate the essential functions of the position.
Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and
unpredictable needs. May be required to travel to sites
throughout the region. Exposure levels are based on the
essential functions as stated in this position description;
however, in some instances, variances may occur due
to the applicable nature of this position within a
particular work site. Therefore the work site may
determine the exposure level to be greater than or less
than the below stated level. This position is in OSHA 0
in view of the fact that normal work involves no
exposure to blood or blood components and/or human
body fluids or tissue samples as a result of splashes,
spills, and/or needlesticks or performance of or
assistance in first aid.
