COA 3 Concept of Operations
Air assets will deliver HA supplies to affected areas
in ROP. At the same time ships are loaded with HA
supplies to deliver to ROP. Port opening teams
and engineers are delivered to damaged ports.
Once ships arrive with supplies infrastructure repair
starts, sustained operations begin, and NGO
assistance commences. Critical node protection
will be conducted throughout the operation.
Operation will transition to civil control when
NGOs/government authority capable of handling
situation.
