1.17% 2013-2014
2. Rio Hondo
1.57% COLA last school year. For 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, we received .65% of funded
COLA, which translates to .55%
3. San Bernardino Valley College
Fall2014, 4% plus 4% retroactive to 2013. The first raise in 5 years.
4. Victor Valley College
Full-time faculty at VVC have not had a raise in about 6 years. Our last raise was COLA--and I believe it was less than 2%.
5. San Joaquin Delta College
We did not get a raise, we got a "salary adjustment" because our contract says we need
to be in the upper third of 16 comparable colleges, and I believe that was 3 years ago.
6. West Hills College
We negotiated a three-year contract at the end of the Spring of 2013. For 13-14,
the greater of 3% or COLA. The same for each of 14-15 and 15-16.
7. College of the Sequoias
2010. We have been under an illegal health care cap imposition since 2012
8. Monterey Peninsula College
Last raise was 2007 (and we had two years 2011/12 and 2012/13 with a 2% deduction
of pay)
9. College of the Desert Adjuncts
Just negotiated a new contract-4% raise and up to 12 hours flex paid per semester. Also,
pay by course, not day.
10. Mira Costa College
Our union is part timers only. Fulltimers are not union. No raise since pay cuts in 2007.
We do not get the same pay as full time faculty at our college.
11. College of the Canyons
1.57% last year and 3.43% this year
12. Napa Valley College
Last raise was 7 years ago

In our 2007-2010 contract our raises were 6%, 5%, 4%.
