Description of Duties/Qualifications:
The Director, Human Resources (Sales) will serve as a strategic business partner to the
global sales force.
This position will design, build, and execute programs that drive exceptional business
performance through sales excellence.
Develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs to support the "on-boarding
process" of the global sales organization.
Identify and benchmark best practices for compensation planning.
Implement plans and propose sales incentive, compensation, & benefits strategies.
Develop and employ front line support to field sales for policies, procedures, and employee
relations matters.
Provide subject matter expertise related to HR policy and compliance issues.
Participate in major sales events, recruiting fairs, trade shows, and training initiatives.
Identify and develop key management training programs that will drive best demonstrated
practice in sales performance management process.
Analyze sales data to provide support for programs that will ensure management of
performance planning process.
Work experience requirements:
10+ year leadership experience to include specific responsibility for sales staffing and staff management
Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial
Psychology or related field; MBA preferred. SPHR certification is highly desirable
Knowledge requirements:
Experience with performance-based management training programs
Salary : $100-120K plus bonus –
This position requires extensive travel (i.e. 60-70%).
