Technical Questionnaire
Proponents are required to provide the information specified in this questionnaire, which is
designed to assist Company in selecting Bidders for the subject request for proposal.
Company is committed to ensuring fairness in our vendor selection process. Evaluation will be
based on your company meeting the technical expectations for the supply of goods and/or
service.
The information provided in this questionnaire is strictly confidential and solely for the use of
Company.

1. Company Experience/History
1.1. Please provide history of engineering, fabrication and testing experience for similar
workscopes. Provide attachments as necessary.
1.2. If a joint venture is proposed to fulfill workscope requirements, all parties are to
provide prior project experience in Appendix A.
1.3. Development of the end connection design will require significant collaboration
between Company, and Company’s contractors (drilling, casing supply, cable
installation, etc.). Provide a brief description of your experience supporting projects
through FEED to Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM)
where multiple contractors are involved.

subcontractors that have been used in the past. Provide past projects where
recommended subcontractors were used.
