BACKGROUND
 The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is experiencing problems with
the existing IT infrastructure and SITA was requested to intervene in the
following issues:
 License Renewals
 Virtual Private Network
 Network Infrastructure
 Hosting Infrastructure
 Project Management
 SITA remains committed to work with the DCS to improve and stabilise the IT
Infrastructure whilst ensuring, cost saving, interoperability and benefit from the
Economies of scale.
