Payment deadline for students who do not need a visa: July 14, 2015
100% payment is required by the time of visa application
Upon arrival, students will need to pay S$60 for a HIV test, notary translation, X-ray and health
certificate

Students must take the following tests on arrival and submit the results
• Chest X-ray examination
• Health certificate which includes check-ups from the following physicians: therapist, surgeon,
neurologist, oculist and otolaryngologist
• HIV test

5 ECTS (Social Sciences); 6 ECTS (Business Sciences)

In order to get a single entry official, private, tourist or business visa to Kazakhstan at the
Embassies of Kazakhstan, nationals of the following countries do not need an invitation for a short
term visit up to 1 month (Kazakhstan visa support): Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea
Citizens from other countries need visa support (invitation number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
which may take up to 1 month and cost extra money
Please be aware that in rare cases, the total processing time for visa issuance may take up to 2
months from the time of application to KIMEP.
