sizes, both private and charter and has gained an extensive wealth of
knowledge and experience. Gary is involved with all aspects of running the
yacht aside from driving, from crew management, everyday maintenance to
vital engineering work.
Working with great enthusiasm to ensure nothing is overlooked, Gary’s sense of
team spirit and hard working ethics helps create the perfect environment for
both guests and crew.

Jerry has spent more than 25 years at sea, and is a very hard working and
dedicated person, always smiling and happy to help sorting out all the
complexities of the modern day luxury motor yacht.

A passion for cooking, well travelled around the world her experiences have led
her to produce a variety of fresh and healthy cuisine, from French, Italian to
Asian and has great experience in preparing succulent and beautifully
presented meals.
Whilst busy in the galley, Michelle, also assisting the
Stewardess is always a very calm and pleasant member of the crew and a total
team member.

With a keen eye for interior styling, Sarah maintains the inside of the boat to
the highest of standards at all times.
It is extremely important to her to
ensure everything is kept immaculate and comfortable for the guests. She has
excellent service skills, discreet but always with a smile, nothing is too much to
ask.

Adam works on deck assisting on all daily duties to ensure the smooth running
of the yacht, and keeping the yacht gleaming. A hard worker, calm and
discreet, Adam also assists with interior work and is always a courteous and
willing crew member.
Avella’s crew is a formidable team highly experienced in both cruising and
the more specialist area of quayside charters – industrious and working
hard to ensure that every client enjoys their stay on board to the full.
