POSITION OPENING FOR
GERIATRIC PSYCHIATRIST
Position: Child & Family Psychological Services/Integrated Behavioral Associates seeks a full-time (part-time
considered) Board Certified/Eligible psychiatrist for an outpatient position due to primary care integration based
expansion. Position includes consultation and training for primary care geriatric staff, following patients across
placements, coordination with visiting nurses, etc. Ideal candidate would also see some non-geriatric patients.
Location: Weymouth and/or Norwood, Mass, with potential primary care office placement in other sites.

 Compensation is not primarily based on collections.

Our Practice: Child & Family Psychological Services Inc./ Integrated Behavioral Associates is an innovative and well
organized private behavioral health care practice providing evaluation, treatment, and consulting services since
1994. Our team of Board Certified Psychiatrists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Neuropsychologists, Psychologists & Social
Workers provide integrated services for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients and organizations.
We have an innovative clinical delivery services model and business plan designed to adapt to the changing health
care system. While we accept referrals from all sources, we also have agreements with large primary care groups to
serve as their Preferred Behavioral Health group and provide integrated primary care services.
As a multidisciplinary practice, we are able to offer a full range of services including psychiatric evaluations,
psychological evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, psychopharmacology, individual psychotherapy, family
therapy, group psychotherapy, applied behavior analysis and organizational coaching. We also provide consulting to
industry, lawyers, educational institutions, and other health care providers and practices. A Geriatric psychiatrist
would join our current staff of geriatric psychologists, geriatric neuropsychologist & other psychiatrists.
In addition to our extensive clinical staff, our group seeks to maintain a positive working environment including
sensitivity to work/family balance. We also aim to maximize the benefits of a group practice in terms of shared
resources, administrative staff, regular peer interaction and consultation, technology with full time onsite support,
and consistent referral streams, while maintaining significant clinical independence. All offices are large, sunny, and
