and may not always provide the most up to date information
• The data provided is a subset to what is available and should be used to
stimulate debate
• Slide numbers 12-18 are reflecting whole BACCG– Please use hyperlinks
listed in Appendix 1. This will navigate you to the source of the relevant
information (you will need a password to enter the primary care web
tool, this is already available to your practice, most hyperlinks are for
Public Health domain data, no need for a password)
• Slide numbers 3,4,5 & 11 - data is extracted from Enterprise and Vision
(real time data) and it consists of raw registration data and QOF data
• Slide numbers 6,7,8,9 & 10- data source form PMCF dashboard supplied
by CSU
