review requests for student organization funding. Recognized Student Organizations that have
submitted and completed new contact information of members, have updated information within
the Business Office, and have attended related organization, financial, and planning workshops
are eligible to submit a funding allocation request packet at the beginning of each fall and spring

will discuss all aspects of funding for the event. Previous allocations and current balances in
club accounts will be considered prior to allocations. The purpose of the events in relation to the
advancement of the Norfolk campus will be considered prior to allocations.
Recognized Student Organizations must complete the application in its entirety and submit by
the designated deadline in order to be considered for funding. Please feel free to include printouts
of invoices and additional pages for explanations if more space is needed.
