Great Royal High Bake Off: The next round of the Great Royal High Bake Off is here! Contestants please
remember that you can bring along any extra ingredients/cake decorations that you wish. Please see me, Mrs Kelly
with any other questions before the day. Start time: 1.30pm. All other pupils/members of staff welcome to come
along and support!

Colour me Calm: There will be the opportunity to relax and unwind today at lunchtime in room 7. You can come
along and to draw and colour your stresses away in a quiet environment. Open to all pupils.

Torness Power Station is holding two information days about their very successful Engineering Maintenance
Apprenticeship Scheme on Saturday 21 November and Saturday 5 December. These information days will prove
invaluable to anyone considering a career in engineering maintenance. See notice board for more information .

PUPILS BY YEAR
S1/S2 Sports Fair: On Friday 6th November The Royal High School is holding its first Sports Fair. During Block 1
S2 pupils, and Block 2 S1 pupils will be invited to the Games Hall for approximately 20 minutes. During this time
you will have the opportunity to visit stalls of all the sporting activities on offer, experience a taster of the activity,
talk to club coaches, members of the clubs and sign up to attend. Please go to your usual classes where your teachers
will give you further instructions.

S1–S3 Comic Book Film Club: Spend lunch watching your favourite comic book characters on the big screen.
Comic Book Film Club will run every Thursday at the beginning of lunch in room 24.

S1 and S6 Paired Reading: Paired Reading starts on Tuesday November 3rd and Thursday 5th November. Will S1
and S6 participants come along to the Library for an 8.20am start. Registration will take place in the Library.
