Dear Parents
We are holding our Autumn Term Parents’ Evenings on Wednesday 21st October 3.30 – 7.00 p.m. and
Thursday 22nd October 3.30 – 6.30 p.m. The purpose of this important meeting is for class teachers to share
information about your child, whilst also reviewing their targets and talking about how you might support
them at home. Children are welcome to attend the meeting.
The meeting will be held in your child’s classroom. It would be appreciated if you would arrive promptly and
wait outside your child’s classroom until the teacher is available.
Please include all children and classes on the reply slip below.
Please complete the reply slip at the bottom of this letter and return it to school as soon as possible, but at the
latest by Monday 12th October.
