Vision
By 2016, the SEC Sinagtala members are shining
examples of Public servants who are peak
performers motivated by love of God, country
and fellowmen.
MISSION:
The SEC Sinagtala, emulating the guiding star, shall

Exemplify the highest standards of public service;

Energize the bureaucracy towards responsiveness,
efficiency, effectiveness and innovation;

Enthuse the civil service towards living the loftiest
values of competence, integrity and commitment.
Goals
