On behalf of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), I am pleased to offer you the position

The University provides a 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan administered by Fidelity Investments, and
you will be eligible for University-funded contributions after completing three continuous years of service in an
eligible position. Upon hire, you will be required to contribute 4 percent of your budgeted pay to Purdue’s
401(a) defined contribution retirement plan. Once you complete your three-year waiting period, the University
will begin contributing an amount equal to 10 percent of your budgeted salary to the 403(b) defined contribution
plan. Voluntary savings options are also available upon hire.
Human Resources will contact you about the Purdue benefit plan and schedule your orientation meeting.

availability of funding support. Employment with the University is subject to the requirements of the
