
Cynthia says RPC is already discussing this, she will work on list and provide to
DGC. Data Governors were able to provide this information:
 Clark – has multiple groups, contact researchers
 North – no
 Peninsula – led by IR, includes SS, IT and Instr
 Bellevue – nothing real formal, ongoing dialogue with IR, the evidence
team focuses on data analysis
 Green River – has a committee, led by IR
 Skagit – informal group led by IR, work with ATD
Question about Data Governor’s length of term – do we need to be thinking about this for
Spring
o Susan and Carmen will look at terms and who may want to be replaced, and how we
stager. Some will be 3 years.
Data Governors to do:
Data Alert System – forward email from Carmen when it is ready.
Voting - Susan will propose a modification to the charter to more clearly address voting and options.
