 Prepare documents
 Educate yourself about the country you are visiting! > Background
information on market, education system, culture, etc.
 The Master’s brochure is a good place to start expanding your
knowledge about the programmes and opportunities the UT offers
 Make appointments and make sure that the person you are
travelling with knows about your plans
 Learn how to use the Access database for leads and make sure
you are in possession of the latest version (with the locations you
are headed)

Ask a question (Holland, Study, nice day?)
Tell about Holland, UT, Programmes
Respond to their questions
Ask for contact details to send information (follow-up within
1 week by M&C) and evaluation of the fair
 Let them go with general brochure, flyer, gadget

 Click twice for info request
 Open right fair (right place/date)
 Let someone fill in their contact details/programme of interest
 Let them click ‘save my data’
 Everything is automatically saved
 Export of data to Excel:
 Double click while constantly holding shift-button (until the file is
opened)
 Double click ‘ScopeExcelSheet’ and save the file

Adapt your level of English to the student’s level
Don’t talk too much, let the student do the talking
Don’t rush but feel free to finish conversations pro-actively
Time management
What to do when there are two or more people in the booth?
