Tell about Holland, UT, Programmes Respond to their questions Ask for contact details to send information (follow-up within 1 week by M&C) and evaluation of the fair Let them go with general brochure, flyer, gadget 9 The fair: DATABASE Click twice for info request Open right fair (right place/date) Let someone fill in their contact details/programme of interest Let them click ‘save my data’ Everything is automatically saved Export of data to Excel: Double click while constantly holding shift-button (until the file is opened) Double click ‘ScopeExcelSheet’ and save the file 10 The fair: YOUR APPROACH Adapt your level of English to the student’s level Don’t talk too much, let the student do the talking Don’t rush but feel free to finish conversations pro-actively Time management What to do when there are two or more people in the booth?
