• Digital Sets – 6 locations with at least one on campus

• Cost – Any long distance calls are

$.06/minute/location

Six parties dialing into a designated campus extension

Access code required for entry

• Department can own their own meet-me number or telecom can issue one for temporary use

• Cost: Department owned lines:

– $25 setup fee

– $5/month

Directory Systems Overview

• Source – Online, printed, and Ernestine dirctory information is pulled from Banner HRIS

• View lists at http://duckweb.uoregon.edu/telecom/dir_review.html

• Telecom can change ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER.

All other changes are through forms to HR.

• Flexibility on arrangement and information of deparmental listings

• Make changes all year. Submit via email, fax, or campus mail.

• Changes to online and Ernestine directories downloaded nightly.
