Talent Co-ordinator
Kinetic UK
(6 month Fixed term Contract)
Reports to:
Jo Williams, Head of Talent
Location:
London, UK (24 – 28 Bloomsbury Way)
Travel:
Occasional travel required (Kinetic offices In Manchester and Harrogate)
Purpose of Role
 To support the Head of Talent in implementing the Kinetic Talent strategy with regards to
attraction, retention and development.
o To oversee the day to day recruitment in Kinetic under the direction of the Head of
Talent
o On-boarding of new starters
o To provide support for booking and arranging training activity
o Additional support for Talent and HR activity as required
o Support for managers and employees at the London and Manchester offices
Day to Day Responsibilities and Activities
Recruitment
 To help embed a ‘best in class’ recruitment experience
 Understanding resourcing requirements
 Sourcing of candidates
 Ensure all vacancies are formally approved by Kinetic / WPP
 Draft job descriptions and job advertisements

Brief recruitment agencies and screen CVs
Manage the Kinetic careers page
Upload job vacancies onto social media e.g. Linked In, Twitter
Build successful and on-going relationships with recruitment agencies
Help shape the Kinetic PSL and negotiate terms and rates
Liaise with recruitment agencies on co-ordinating candidates and interviews
Log all candidates onto a central Candidate Pipeline / recruitment system
Log all internal employee referrals
Set up interviews with candidates, interviewers and agencies
Book meeting rooms / venues for interviews
Provide excellent feedback to candidates and agencies
Meet and greet prospective candidates
Undertake and sit in interviews
Ensure interviews notes and feedback captured
Liaise with WPP on internal recruitment and open vacancies
Oversee assessment days
Liaise with Harrogate HR on making offers and formal paperwork
Assist with setting up any work experience placements/interns
Assist with and oversee Graduate recruitment
Induction / New Starter
 To assist in delivering a high impact and engaging Induction programme
 To constantly find ways to seek to improve and enhance the Induction programme
 Liaise with Harrogate and IT on equipment and systems for new starts
 Organise and co-ordinate the quarterly induction training programmes
 Oversee Buddys for all new starters
 Book new starters onto induction programme and training
 Set up HR induction with new starters with Head of Talent
 Ensure all HR new starter processes and checklists are followed
 Create Induction timetables for all new starters
 Update all induction processes/checklists/timetables etc.
 Co-ordinate New Starter lunches with CEO, UK
 Co-ordinate visits to Harrogate Office for new starters
 Chase probation forms and liaise with Harrogate HR on probation reviews
 Log new starters on ‘Starters log’
 Organise security passes
Learning and Development / Training
 Co-ordinate and book employees onto externally and internally run training courses and
workshops
 Book meeting rooms and prepare lunches / refreshments as required
 Assist with communicating IPA seminars and workshops and booking people on
 Assist with liaising with NABs, on NABs events

 Update Leavers Log
 Schedule Exit interviews
 Liaise with Group M IT on logging and returning IT equipment, security passes
Other





Assisting with any other ad hoc administration as required
Assist with organisation Bi-Annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process
Update company organogram
Update People Section on website (leavers/starters/changes/photos)
Attend IPA seminars and understand the support offered by IPA.
