Cobham Healthy Activities and Communications at Work! “At our on-site biometric screening 2 years ago, a San Jose employee’s readings were so high that the nurse told her to go to the hospital immediately. (A very serious condition was discovered early and resolved.) “Well, the same thing happened today with a different employee and he just went to the hospital. Even more fascinating – it was the same nurse today as it was 2 years ago! “We had an excellent turn out of spouses/domestic partners for our daytime session today. We expect even more during our evening-time session later this month.” Jack in the Box Our client’s Benefits Program Manager recently provided a “reference” to a prospect (that contracted with us). Below is an extract. “… we contracted with ProView for their benefits enrollment system administration including the integration of our wellness rewards program. The ProView system is the “hub” and manages the benefits enrollment for our employees, which then passes on to our various benefit vendors. We have a very complicated set up as we’re in the fast food industry with various employee types and benefit plan offerings. ProView was very flexible in setting up our system to best administer what we needed and met almost every plan set up we asked them to do; in some cases, implementing them in their system for the first time. “When we implemented our wellness program, we asked them to act as the third party administrator to collect the biometric screening information and process the points for the program. This was a very unique set up and they rose to the occasion to accommodate what we needed, including working with our wellness vendor partners, to ensure the file flow met our needs and remained HIPAA-compliant. In fact, we have them included on all calls that involve the system as they are an integral part of the process. We’re very happy with them and would highly recommend ProView for your company. “Based on service that ProView has provided to us, we have no plans of replacing the product upon the end date of the contract and will continue to renew automatically with them.” Stanley, Hunt, Dupree & Rhine to the Rescue! Again! The firm received a very nice compliment and gratitude from a GASB45 prospect who was in a pretty difficult predicament. The employer had not pursued a current actuarial valuation for their post-retirement medical plan and their auditors were right on site. Realizing the seriousness and timeliness of the situation, the auditor referred the prospect to Stanley, Hunt, Dupree & Rhine because of “their positive experience working with us.” And, when the prospect made the call through the auditor, they received the Perfect Client Experience right on the spot.
